تناسب آموزش‌هاي هنرستان‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي با نيازهاي آموزشي صنايع كوچك شهر اهواز

Consistency of technical institutes and vocational training with the needs of small industries of Ahvaz

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ميزان انطباق آموزش‌هاي هنرستان‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي با نيازهاي آموزشي بخش صنايع كوچك در شهرستان اهواز بود. روش پژوهش، روش آميخته (كمي- كيفي) از نوع اكتشافي بود، كه از روش تحليل محتوا و تحليل اسناد در بخش كيفي و از روش پيمايشي در بخش كمي استفاده شد. مشاركت‌كنندگان در بخش كيفي، 10 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان شهرك‌هاي صنعتي شهرستان اهواز بودند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند با شيوه‌ي انتخاب موارد مطلوب، انتخاب گرديدند و با آنان مصاحبه‌ي نيمه ساختمند صورت گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها با روش تحليل محتواي كيفي مورد تجزيه‌و تحليل قرار گرفتند و نتايج آن‌، در قالب نيازهاي آموزشي صنايع كوچك، استخراج شدند. در بخش كمي، 75 نفر از مديران و هنرآموزان هنرستان‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي اهواز با روش سرشماري، و 120 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان شهرك‌هاي صنعتي با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديدند. يك پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 91/0 كه روايي آن به تاييد اعضاي هيئت علمي دانشكده علوم تربيتي رسيده بود، در اختيار هنرستان‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي قرار گرفت. همچنين 10 پرسشنامه در قالب نيازهاي آموزشي 10 مورد از صنايع كوچك در اختيار مديران و كارشناسان شهرك‌هاي صنعتي شهر اهواز قرار گرفت. نتايج يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه بين آموزش‌هاي هنرستان‌هاي فني و حرفه‌اي با نيازهاي آموزشي صنايع كوچك شهرستان اهواز انطباقي وجود ندارد. در نهايت نيازهاي آموزشي ده صنعت كوچك شناسايي شد.

The main purpose of this research was a survey on the consistency of technical and vocational training institutes with the needs of small industries of Ahwaz city. The resaearch method was mixed in type of exploratory. Interview was used to collect qualitative data and survey method was used to collect quantitative data. Participants in qualitative part included specialists and managers of small industries that selected 10 from by purposive sampling with select desired items; then, semi-structured interviews were conducted. The results, which were small industry training needs, were extracted. In the quantitative part, using 75 census managers and teachers of technical and vocational schools and 120 managers and experts of the small industries of town that were selected by simple random sampling, distributed questionnaire with Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0/91 and validity that was confirmed by faculties of Educational Sciences department, between them. Also, 10 questionnaires in the form of training needs given to the managers and experts in industrial estates. The results showed that, there is no adaptation between technical and vocational training institutes and needs of small businesses. So, to solve this problem, proposed small-scale industry at the micro level are being educated and evaluated policies in the field of technical institutes and vocational training tailored to small business needs change and professional disciplines of technical institutes and industrial estates are consistent and coordinated with industrial activities
