Designing Management Information System for Sports Events in Sports and Youth Administrations

سيستم اطلاعات مديريت مي تواند با در اختيار قرار دادن اطلاعات طبقه بندي شده و نيز اطلاعات مورد نياز براي تصميم گيري به مديران جهت اخذ بهترين تصميمات بر پايه اطلاعات كنوني و پيشين كمك كند.. هدف اين مقاله طراحي سيستم اطلاعات مديريت(MIS) در بخش رويدادهاي ورزشي (حرفه اي و قهرماني) براي سازمان هاي ورزش و جوانان مي باشد. مطالعه حاضر يك مطالعه كيفي به روش تحليل محتوا است. فرآيند گردآوري داده ها مشتمل بر 15مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته با مديران و كاركنان اداره كل ورزش و جوانان غرب كشور بود. نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند مي باشد. تحليل دادها هم زمان با جمع آوري داده ها و به روش آناليز محتواي كيفي انجام شد. نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده ها منجر به استخراج 10 ماژول اصلي به همرا زير مجموعه هايشان شد. بخش رويداد ورزشي به دليل ماهيت آن كه برگزاري مسابقات و رويدادهاي ورزشي در سطوح مختلف ملي، بين المللي و جهاني مي باشد نيازمند هماهنگي ها و تصميم گيري هاي زيادي است كه به كمك يك سيستم اطلاعات مديريت رويداد ورزشي مي تواند كمك شاياني به برگزاري با كيفيت رقابت ها و رويدادهاي ورزشي نموده و بدين صورت در هزينه و زمان صرفه جويي كرد.

Management information system can help administrators To obtain the best decisions based on current and past information. Providing classified information as well as information needed for decision making. The purpose of this paper is to design a management information system (MIS) in the Sports Events section (Professional and Championship) For sports and youth administrations as a web-based system. This study is a qualitative study using content analysis. The data collection process consists of 15semistructured interview with managers and staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth administration of west of the country. Sampling is purposeful. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously by collecting data and analyzing qualitative content. The results of the data analysis led to the extraction of 12 main modules with their sub-sets. The sporting event section requires coordination and decision making in large scale , because its nature is holding competitions and sports events at different levels of national, international and global that we can help in organizing quality competitions and sports events, thus saving time and money with the help of a webbased management information system.
