شناسايي و دسته‌بندي موضوعات رساله‌هاي دكتري دانشگاه‌هاي دولتي كشور در رشتة مديريت دولتي در طي دوره‌ي 1390 تا 1396 بر مبناي مدل سه‌شاخگي

Identifying and Categorizing the Subjects of Doctoral Theses of Public Universities in the Field of Public Administration During the Period of 2011-2018 Based on Three-Branch Model

هدف اين پژوهش ارائه يك ديد كامل از وضعيت و ابعاد مختلف مديريت دولتي در ايران و كمك به هدايت پژوهش‌هاي آتي در رابطه با پركردن شكاف تحقيق‌هاي قبلي در اين حوزه است. در اين مورد، تعداد 279 رساله دكتري دفاع شده بين سال‌هاي 1390 تا 1396 در 6 دانشگاه دولتي داخل كشور و داراي دسترسي برخط، مرور و بررسي شده است. روش‌شناسي تحقيق از لحاظ هدف كاربردي از نوع كيفي و از لحاظ روش توصيفي است. روش تحقيق گروه كانون شامل 24 نفر از استادان برتر دانشگاه‌هاي بزرگ كشور با مرتبة دانشيار و استاد تمام است. نتايج به‌دست آمده از مقاله‌هاي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته، براساس معيارهايي از قبيل موضوع پژوهش، روش و ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، روش تحليل داده‌ها، در اين مقاله مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه 26 درصد پژوهش‌ها از نوع ساختاري، 34 درصد از نوع رفتاري، 12 درصد از نوع محيطي، 24 درصد از نوع تركيبي و 4 درصد در قالب مد سه‌شاخگي نمي‌گنجد. همچنين در پژوهش‌هاي بررسي شده، 86 درصد عناوين به‌منظور جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از روش تركيبي كيفي و پرسشنامه‌اي استفاده شده و 1 درصد صرفا روش كيفي و مابقي صرفا روش كمي بوده است. لذا، شكاف عميق بين نتايج به‌دست آمده رساله‌هاي دكتري و فقدان يك دكترين و نظريه حاصل از پژوهش دلالت دارد.

The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the different situations and dimensions of public administration in Iran and to help guide future research on filling the gap in previous research in this area. In this case, 279 doctoral theses defended between 2011 and 2018 were reviewed and reviewed at 6 public universities in the country and with online access. The research methodology is qualitative in terms of its purpose and descriptive method. The research methodology of the group consists of 24 leading faculty members in the major universities of the country with associate professors and professors. The results of the reviewed articles were evaluated based on criteria such as the subject of research, method and tool of data collection, data analysis method, in this paper. The results show that most of the researches in the 26% of the studies are of a structural type, 34% of the type of behavior, 12% of the environmental type, 24% of the combination type and 4% of the form of three branches. In the researches, 86% of the titles used a qualitative and qualitative method for collecting data and a 1% questionnaire was used only qualitatively and the remainder was used only for quantitative methods. The result is a deep divide between the results of the doctoral dissertation and the lack of a doctrine and the theory of research.
