بررسي تأثير و عملكرد سينماي‌ سيّار امريكا در ايران

Studying the Effect and Function of American Mobile Cinema in Iran

سينماي ‌سيّار را در تعريفي ساده‌ مي‌توانيم سينمايي متحرك يا قابل حمل بناميم كه امكان نمايش تصاوير متحرك را در هر مكان و فضايي چه داخلي و چه خارجي فراهم مي‌آورد. سينماي‌ سيّار به عنوان ابزار مؤثر تبليغاتي به‌خصوص بعد از جنگ جهاني دوم و تغيير شيوه‌هاي سلطه‌گري در دنيا، اهميت و گسترش بيشتري پيدا كرد؛ زماني كه قدرت‌هاي بزرگ جهاني براي تثبيت موقعيت و تسلط خود بر كشورهاي مستعمره و كشورهاي جهان سوم، با استفاده از ابزار تبليغي ازجمله سينماي سيّار، راهبرد ديپلماسي فرهنگي را پيشه كردند؛ آنچه كه هربرت شيلر از آن با عنوان امپرياليسم فرهنگي ياد مي‌كند. ايران يكي از معدود كشورهايي است كه سينماي سيّار امريكا در آن فعاليت طولاني و گسترده داشته است. اين مقاله به اين مسئله پرداخته است كه دلايل حضور و تأثير سينماي سيّار امريكا در ايران چه و چگونه بوده و با بهره‌گيري از اسناد و گزارش‌هاي موجود و از طريق روش توصيفي و تحليلي نتيجه گرفته است كه سينماي سيّار امريكا از طريق برنامۀ اصل چهار ترومن و به قصد جلوگيري از نفوذ كمونيسم و ايجاد كمربند محافظتي براي منافع امريكا در منطقه، كار خود را در ايران آغاز كرده و از سويي به‌تدريج از طريق نمايش فيلم‌هاي آموزشي و تفريحي در صدد تغيير نگرش‌ها و تبليغ سبك زندگي امريكايي بوده و از سوي ديگر، به‌واسطۀ فيلم‌هاي خبري و تبليغاتي، ضمن تثبيت موقعيت حكومت مورد حمايت خود، قصد تسلط دائمي بر ايران را داشته است.

Mobile cinema as an effective propaganda tool has had more importance and expansion, especially, after the world war two and changes of dominant techniques in the world. When the world great powers employed the cultural diplomacy strategies to stabilize their situation and dominance on colonies and third world countries using propaganda tools including mobile cinema, which Herbert I. Schiller called it cultural Imperialism. Iran is one of the few countries in which the American mobile cinema has long activated. This paper has considered what was been the causes of presence of American mobile cinema in Iran; and it has concluded using the existing reports and documents through descriptive and analytic methods: American mobile cinema has started its operations through the program of Truman four principle (Point IV Program) and due to prevent Communism influence and producing the protective belt to American interests, and it was gradually operated through showing the educational and recreational films to change views and propagate the American life style, in one side, and through news and propagative films, in other side, stabilizing its supported governance aimed to dominate Iran.
