چكيده فارسي :
اين مقاله به دنبال تحليل رفتار و ملاك‌هاي رفتاري كنشگران بين‌الملل در تعامل با يكديگر است. ازآنجاكه بازيگران بين‌المللي در ساختاري پيش‌ساخته به تعامل مي‌پردازند. مقاله با روش تحليلي ـ توصيفي تلاش مي‌كند رابطة ميان رفتار كنشگران با اهداف آنان و تأثير‌پذيري از ساختار موجود را از منظر آيت‌الله جوادي آملي ارزيابي كند. از اين طريق مي‌توان به طبقه‌بندي، سطح تحليل جامع و پيش‌بيني مطلوبي درخصوص رفتار بازيگران دست يافت. نوشتار حاضر معتقد است نگرش ديني كامل‌ترين رويكرد تبييني است، بدين‌روي، اساس محتواي نوشته متون به‌دست‌آمده از يكي از بزرگ‌ترين تحليل‌گران ديني است كه در زمينة روابط بين‌الملل صاحب‌نظر است. بازيگران مستكبر با حذف ارزش‌هاي ديني و انساني، ساختاري مبتني بر منافع و امنيت شخصي از طريق سلب امنيت و منافع ديگر كنشگران پديد آورده‌اند. كنشگران سلطه‌ستيز با محوريت ارزش‌هاي ديني و انساني به دنبال بنا نهادن ساختار جديدي هستند كه تأمين‌كنندة منافع و امنيت عادلانه براي همة كنشگران جهاني باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
This paper seeks to analyze the behavior and behavioral criteria of the international actors in interacting with each other. International actors engage in a pre-made structure. Using descriptive-analysis method, this paper seeks to evaluate the relationship between the behavior of the actors with their goals, and their being-effected by the existing structure of the international relations from the viewpoint of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli to comprehend and classify the behavior of the actors. Concentrating his idea, as a well-known scholar in this field, this paper implies that, religious attitude is the most complete explanatory approach. Arrogant actors have created a structure based on personal interests and security through the deprivation of security and interests of the other actors to eliminate the religious and human values. Emphasizing religious and human values, anti-arrogant actors seek to build a new structure, which provides justice and security for all global actors.
