بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر توسعۀ ورزش قهرماني استان‌هاي ايران و ارائۀ الگوي پيشنهادي

The Study of Factors Influencing Championship Development in Provinces of Iran and Designing a Proposed Model

ابعاد كلان توسعه و متغيرهاي جغرافيايي از عواملي‌اند كه مي‌توانند روند توسعه‌يافتگي استان‌ها و در نتيجه توسعه‌يافتگي ورزش قهرماني را تحت تأثير قرار دهند. بنابراين، هدف اين مطالعه تعيين ميزان اثرگذاري ابعاد و شاخص‌هاي توسعۀ ملي و متغيرهاي اقليمي-جغرافيايي جهت ارائۀ مدل توسعۀ ورزش قهرماني استان‌هاي كشور بود. جامعه و نمونۀ آماري براساس تقسيمات كشوري سال 1390، شامل 30 استان بود. اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي و تكنيك جمع‌آوري داده‌هاي آن كتابخانه‌اي است كه با استفاده از 39 شاخص توسعۀ ملي، 5 متغير جغرافيايي و 48 شاخص ورزشي سطح توسعه‌يافتگي استان‌هاي ايران و اثرگذاري ابعاد كلان توسعه و برخي از متغيرهاي جغرافيايي بر توسعۀ ورزش قهرماني از سال 1385 تا 1390بررسي شده است. در اين پژوهش، از روش‌هاي آماري استاندارد كردن، تحليل عاملي و رگرسيون پنل براي تحليل داده‌ها استفاده شد. تحليل مدل‌هاي پيشنهادي نشان داد بيشترين ضريب اثرگذاري در مدل مربوط به ابعاد كلان توسعه به ترتيب به توسعۀ فرهنگي (0/192=β) و توسعۀ اجتماعي (0/155=β) و در مدل متغيرهاي جغرافيايي به مساحت استان (1/160-=β) و متوسط سالانۀ بارش (0/067-=β) تعلق داشت. از ميزان اثرگذاري هر يك از عوامل و شاخص‌هاي توسعه، مي‌توان براي تدوين برنامه‌هاي توسعۀ بلندمدت، ميان‌مدت و تعيين اولويت تخصيص منابع استفاده كرد.

The macro dimensions of the development and the geographical variables are those factors which can affect the procedure of development in provinces and consequently the championship development. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect size of the national development indexes and dimensions and geographical-climatic variables in order to design a model for developing championship in the provinces of the country. The population and the sample included 30 provinces according to the Iran administrative divisions in 2011. The present study was descriptive-analytic and the data were collected using the library. The development level of the provinces in Iran, and the effect of macro dimensions of the development and some geographical variables on the championship development between 2006 and 2011 were investigated using 39 national development indexes, 5 geographical variables, and 48 sport indexes. The statistical methods involving standardization, factor analysis, and panel regression were used to analyze the data. The analysis of the proposed models showed that the most important impact factors in the model related to the macro dimensions of the development were cultural development (β=0.192) and social development (β=0.155); in geographical variables model, these impact factors were the area of the province (β= -1.160), the average annual precipitation (β= -0.067). The effect size of each development index and factor can be used to design long-term and mid-term development plans, and to determine the priority of resource allocation.
