مقدمه: بواسير، از نظر علماي طبّ سنّتي، توده‌اي است كه بر سر رگ‌هاي مقعد ايجاد مي‌گردد و عامل آن خون غليظ سودايي است. درمان اين بيماري در طبّ سنّتي از طريق پاك‌سازي خلط اضافي سودا از بدن و جلوگيري از تشكيل مجدد آن از طريق اصلاح عملكرد ارگان‌هاي دخيل در توليد آن و نهايتاً خارج كردن اين خلط از عروق ناحيه‌ي مقعد امكان‌پذير است. گزارش مورد: مورد اين مطالعه، يك مرد 69 ساله با مزاج جبلي بلغم صفرا بود كه به مدت يك سال به بيماري بواسير 6 پك درجه‌ي 4 از گروه نخلي خارجي و بدون خون­ريزي مبتلا بود. بواسير بيمار در طي سه جلسه در مدت­زمان 6 هفته كاملاً درمان شد. اقدامات درماني انجام­شده براي وي شامل رعايت رژيم غذايي كاهنده‌ي توليد سودا در بدن، استفاده از داروهاي قابض جهت بواسير، استفاده از داروي پاك‌كننده‌ي كبد و كاهنده‌ي توليد سودا در بدن و داروهاي مليّن بود. همچنين از زالو جهت خروج خون سودايي استفاده شد. نتيجه‌گيري: با گسترش آموزش و پژوهش در حوزه‌ي طبّ سنّتي مي‌توان رشد درمان‌هاي بر پايه‌ي طبّ سنّتي، مؤثر، غير تهاجمي و كم‌هزينه را بر اساس توجه به فرديت بيمار (مزاج بيمار) انتظار داشت كه در افزايش كيفيت زندگي بيمار سهم بسياري دارند؛ بنابراين، لازم است پژوهش‌هاي بيشتري در اين زمينه انجام شود تا به دنبال آن درمان‌هاي بر پايه‌ي طبّ سنّتي و بر اساس مستندات علمي گسترش يابند.

Introduction: According to opinion of the scientists of Iranian traditional medicine, hemorrhoid is anal lump that is created on the vessels and its factor is soda humor. Treatment of this disease in Iranian traditional medicine is to clear excess soda humor from the body and prevent its formation through modifying the organs involved in its production and finally remove soda humor from the anal vessels. Case report: Patient is a 69-year-old man with basic tempered of phlegm and yellow bile that had external 6 Pack Level 4 hemorrhoids without bleeding. According to Iranian traditional medicine classification, hemorrhoid was from palm group. The patient was completely cured during the three sessions of 6 weeks. Medical interventions such as soda reducing diet, vasoconstrictors (hemorrhoid constricting) agents, hepatic clearance and laxatives were used. Also, hirudotheraphy was used for removing soda from the side of anal. Discussion: With the expansion of education and research in the field of Iranian traditional medicine therapies can be developed based on traditional medicine, effective, non-invasive and low cost according to individual patient basis (based on the patient's tempered which is important in the quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to do more researches to consider measures and treatments based on Iranian traditional medicine in order the scientific evidences continue to grow.
