تحليل رابطه توسعه شايستگي حرفه اي معلمان دوره متوسطه با اثربخشي انان در فرايند ياددهي- يادگيري دانش آموزان

Analysis of the Relationship between Professional Competence Development of High School Teachers with Their Effectiveness in Teaching-Student Learning Process

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحليل رابطه توسعه شايستگي حرفه اي معلمان دوره متوسطه با اثربخشي انان در فرايند ياددهي- يادگيري صورت گرفته است. روش: روش تحقيق ، توصيفي – همبستگي است. جامعه آماري، كليه معلمان دوره متوسطه شهر قم كه تعداد آنها 6348 نفر مي باشدكه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي، نمونه اي با 364 نفر انتخاب شد. براي سنجش شايستگي از مدل بوياتزيس و براي سنجش اثربخشي از مدل ادموند استفاده شده است. ابزار پژوهش ، دو پرسشنامۀ توسعه شايستگي حرفه اي ، و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اثربخشي معلمان بود .بر اساس مدل بوياتزيس ، شايستگي معلمان داراي دو بعد فردي - شامل دانش و معلومات حرفه اي، مهارتها، ويژگيهاي شخصيتي و نگرش و بينش- و بعد اجتماعي - شامل اعتبار حرفه اي و عمومي-، و همچنين مدل ادموند 5 عامل انتقال اهداف بازدهي درس، ارائه منظم اطلاعات، اجتناب از ابهام، كنترل درك، تدارك تمرين و بازخورد را براي اندازه گيري اثربخشي معلمان مي سنجد. داده ها با بهره گيري از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون تجزيه و تحليل شد. نتايج: نتايج نشان داد كه بين توسعه شايستگي معلمان و اثربخشي آنان در فرايند ياددهي – يادگيري دانش آموزان همبستگي وجود دارد .

Nowadays, intense competition and technological change, the increasing pressure on organizations and their various ways of increasing the effectiveness of their human resources. This study has been aimed to investigate the relationship between Professional Competence Development of High School Teachers and Their Effectiveness in Teaching-Student Learning Process model Boyatzis and Schroeder and Luthans and to measure the effectiveness of them the model Luthans has been used .Based on Boyatzis and Schroeder, competency has two dimension individual and social . individual dimension consist of knowledge, skills, attitudes and personality traits and social dimension consist of Professional and public reputation. The effectiveness of the teacher we used from model admond.The population in this study include all of secondary school teachers in Qom(N= 6348( These are using stratified sampling method, selected 364 persons as sample were studied .The results of the study indicate that there is a correlation between teachers' personal and social competence and effectiveness of the teaching-learning process.
