چكيده فارسي :
توسعه ملي بنا بر رشد فناوري است. رشد فناوري بنابرنوآوري است؛ و نوآوري بنابر اختراع فني است. تحقيق اساسي، مبدأ اختراع فني، و به عبارت ديگر محصول جديد يا روش فني جديد است. اختراعي پذيرفته است كه نقشي در رشد، توسعه و رفاه جامعه ايفاء كند. در واقع، اختراع فني با تجاري شدن و كمك به زيربناي جامعه معني مي‌يابد. ساير نوآوري‌ها يا نوآوري مجازي است يا حتي فقط وسيله آوازه‌گري. نظريه‌ها و قوانين نوآوري، قوانين اجتماعي را پديد مي‌آورند و به رشد و توسعه مبتني بر دانايي ختم مي‌شوند. نوآوري مبناي اصولي رشد و توسعه اقتصادي ـ اجتماعي ـ فرهنگي كشور است
چكيده لاتين :
The national development is based on technological growth.Technological growth is based on innovation, and innovation is based on technical invention. The fundamental researsh is the origin of Technical invention. In other words, it is a New product or new technical method. Thechnical inventions are accepted that play an important role in growth, development and welfare of Society. In fact, technical invention will be realized by commercialization and help to infrastractures of society. Other innovations are figurative or even only an instrument for propaganda. The theories and innovation rules are to create social rules, and will be finished to the development based knowledge. Innovation is a base for social and cultural development.
