مفهوم يادگيري مبتني بر كار به طور فزاينده اي در سال هاي اخير راه خود را در سياست هاي آموزش و پرورش حرفه اي باز كرده است. سازمان هاي بين المللي نياز به آموزش حرفه اي و توجه به شكل دادن به يادگيري را در فرآيند كار شناسايي و معرفي مي كنند. نقطه شروع اين پيشرفت اين است كه كشورهائي كه داراي ساختارهاي آموزش دوگانه حرفه اي هستند، به ويژه در ساختار انتقال از مدرسه به دنياي كار و جذب جوانان در بازار كار، موفق تر هستند. در بسياري از سيستم هاي آموزش و پرورش حرفه اي، مدارس حرفه اي و دانشگاه ها مي‌توانند نقش هماهنگ كننده در ساختار يادگيري مبتني بر شركت در كار در كنار عملكرد خود ارائه نمايند. حال در اين ميان ايجاد محيط هايي كه تركيبي از كار و آموزش به صورت هم زمان اتفاق بيفتد از خواسته هاي صاحبنظران آموزش و اشتغال است كه بتوان با تمركز بر محيط هاي مذكوراز جمله دهكده هاي مهارت نتايج موثري را دريافت نمود. اين مقاله كاربردي و بر اساس تجربيات شاغلين حوزه مهارت آموزي و نيز با استفاده از مطالعه كتابخانه اي آموزش هاي حرفه اي در كشورهاي مختلف به ويژه جهان توسعه يافته تهيه و تدوين شده است.

In recent years, the concept of work-based learning has increasingly opened its way to vocational education policies. International organizations recognize and introduce the need for vocational education and attention to the formation of learning in the work process. The starting point for this advancement is that the countries enjoying dual-vocational education and training structures are more successful, especially in the transition from school to work and attracting young people to the labor market. In many vocational education systems, vocational schools and universities can play a coordinating role in the work-based learning structure along with performance. Now, the establishment of environments that combine work and education simultaneously is among educators and employers demands. Concentration on such environments including skill villages can lead to achieve effective results. This applied paper is based on the experiences of those involved in the field of skill training activities and also using the library study of vocational education in different countries, especially those in developed world
