مروري بر معتبرترين مجله‌هاي ايمني‌شناسي در سال 2018: يك مطالعه توصيفي

Overview of the Most Prestigious Immunology Journals in 2018: A Descriptive Study

ايمن ي­شناسي، علم پيش­گيري از ورود و مقابله با آنتي ژن­هاي داخلي و خارجي با هدف حفظ همئوستاز طبيعي بدن مي­باشد. نظر به اهميت ايمني ­شناسي در مباحث پيش­گيرانه و درماني و با توجه به تعدد مجله­ هاي منتشره در اين زمينه، تحقيق حاضر براي اولين بار، با هدف معرفي معتبرترين مجله ­هاي تخصصي ايمني ­شناسي براي خوانندگان فارسي زبان، انجام گرفت. مواد و روش­ ها: اين مطالعه توصيفي، در سال 1397 در دانشگاه علوم پزشكي رفسنجان انجام گرفته است. ليست مجلات ايمني­ شناسي از دو سايت The SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR)و Journal Citation Reports (JCR) استخراج گرديد. براي اين منظور در سايت SJR، در بخش "Subject area"واژهImmunology and Microbiology و در بخش Subject category"" واژه Immunology و در سايت JCRدر بخش"selec‎t Categories" واژه Immunology جست­ و جو گرديد. يافته‌ها: نتيجه جستجو در سايت SJR و JCR به ترتيب مشتمل بر 209 و 155 مجله بود. با توجه به تعدد مجلات تخصصي در ايمني شناسي، مجله ­­هايي كه در عنوان آن­ها واژه Immunology ذكر شده بود، به شكل موردي بررسي گرديد. اطلاعات بررسي شده مجلات شامل نام مجله، كشور ارائه دهنده مجله، ناشر، حيطه موضوعي مجله، مهم­ترين نمايه‌هاي مجله، قدمت مجله، شاخص هيرش، دوره چاپ و ضريب تأثير مجله در سال 2018 ميلادي بودند. نتيجه‌گيري: نظر به ورود رشته­ هاي پايه باليني در ايمني­ شناسي، مجلات متعددي در اين علم منتشر مي­ گردد و به تبع آن مجلات ايمني ­شناسي در دو گروه باليني و پايه طبقه بندي شده ­اند. با وجود تكثر مجلات ايمني ­شناسي، اكثر آنها، متمايل به چاپ مقالات پژوهشي و تخصصي مي­ باشند.

Background and Objectives: Immunology is the science of prevention of entry and encounter with internal and external antigenes, with the aim of preserving the body's natural homeostasis. Due to the importance of immunology in prevention and treatment of diseases and concerning the multiplicity of published journals in this field, this study was performed to introduce the most prestigious specialized immunology journals for the first time for Persian language readers. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in 2018 at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences. The list of immunology journals was extracted from the SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR) and Journal Citation Reports (JCR) WebSites. For this purpose, in the "Subject Area" of the SJR website “Immunology and Microbiology” words and in the "Subject Category" “Immunology” word and in the "selec‎t Categories" of JCR website “Immunology” word were searched. Results: The Journals’ list extracted from SJR and JCR contained 209 and 155 Immunology journals, respectively. Considering the high number of specialized journals in immunology, the journals containing the term of “immunology” in title were studied. The investigated information of the journals included journal’s name, country of presentation, publisher, subject of coverage, the most important indexes of the journal, date of publication of the journal, hirsch index, duration of publishing, and impact factor in 2018. Conclusion: According to the entry of clinical basic field in immunology, a lot of journals published in this science and consequently, immunology journals are categorized in two clinical and basic groups. Despite the high number of immunology journals, most journals tend to publish research and specialized articles.
