بررسي نگرش دانشجويان نسبت به روش هاي ايجاد مديريت خلاق و كارآفرين در مراكز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي استان آذربايجان غربي

Investigating the Methods of Creating Innovative and Entrepreneurship Management in Agricultural Training Centers of West Azerbaijan Province

هدف كلي اين تحقيق تحليل و شناسايي روش هاي ايجاد مديريت خلاق و كارآفرين از ديدگاه دانشجويان در مركزهاي آموزش جهاد كشاورزي استان آذربايجان غربي مي باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق، شامل600 نفر از دانشجويان رشته هاي مختلف علمي - كاربردي كشاورزي در نيمسال اول سال تحصيلي 94-1393 بود كه در دو مركز آموزش جهاد كشاورزي اروميه و مياندوآب در استان آذربايجان غربي مشغول تحصيل بودند. با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 169 نفر از آن ها به روش تصادفي با انتساب متناسب به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري داده ها پرسشنامه اي بود كه روايي آن با كسب نظرات اساتيد دانشگاه تاييد شد. براي محاسبه پايايي ابزار تحقيق از روش تتاي ترتيبي از نرم افزارR10 استفاده گرديد و ميانگين تتاي محاسبه شده براي بخش هاي پرسشنامه 887/0 به دست آمد كه نشان دهنده پايايي ابزار تحقيق مي باشد. در اين تحقيق از نرم افزار SPSS18 و R10 استفاده گرديد. نتايج آزمون ضريب همبستگي نشان داد كه بين نگرش دانشجويان در مورد ويژگي هاي مركز آموزش خلاق و كارآفرين و متغيرهاي استفاده از مدرسان كارآفرين؛ روش هاي ايجاد خلاقيت؛ روش هاي ايجاد نوآوري؛ روش هاي تجاري سازي دانش و شيوه مديريت رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد. نتايج آزمون رگرسيون چندگانه به روش توام نشان داد كه متغيرهاي مذكور توانستند 60 درصد از تغييرات متغير وابسته را تبيين كنند. همچنين يافته ها نشان داد كه تاثيرگذارترين متغيرها شيوه مديريت، روش هاي ايجاد نوآوري و استفاده از مدرسان كارآفرين مي باشند. لذا پيشنهاد مي شود در حال حاضر بايد به شيوه مديريت و مهم ترين گويه آن يعني توجه به كرامت انساني و احترام متقابل در برخورد با كاركنان اهميت داد.

The purpose of this research was to analyze and identifying the ways to make creative and entrepreneurial management in agricultural training centers. The population of study consisted of 600 students in different fields of agricultural applied science during the first semester of academic year of 2015-2016 in Azerbaijan Agricultural Training Center. Cochran Formula used to determine the number of samples. Accordingly, 169 students were determined, as sample. The samples were selected by Proportional random from the target population. The validity of questionnaire was confirmed by acquiring comments from faculty supervisor and consultant and reliability was confirmed. For calculated the reliability of questionnaire the Ordinal teta (θ) in R software was used (0.887). In this study researchers use spss18 and R10 software. Foe analysis the data descriptive and correlations statistics method were used. The result of correlation coefficient shows that, there is a significant and positive relationship found between the independent variables (creating innovative and entrepreneurship management in agricultural training centers) and the dependents variable at level of 0.01. Also a regression analysis finding shows that this factor could explain 60 percent of independents variable. According the beta coefficient management methods, Creation innovative methods and usage entrepreneurship teachers were the importance and effective components in creating innovative and entrepreneurship management in agricultural training centers in West Azerbaijan province. Therefore suggested in this research points to the “management methods” and that's the most important items “to consider human dignity and respect in dealing with employee”.
