Study the Relationship between Philosophical Mindset with Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Commitment among the Department of Extension and Rural Development of College of Agriculture in Tabriz University

هدف كلي تحقيق حاضر بررسي رابطه بين ذهنيت فلسفي با تسهيم دانش و تعهد سازماني در دانشجويان گروه ترويج و توسعه روستايي دانشكده كشاورزي دانشگاه تبريز مي باشد. روش تحقيق توصيفي - همبستگي مي باشد كه براي جمع آوري داده ها از تكنيك پيمايش و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. جامعه آماري پژوهش 143 نفر بودند كه كل اعضاي جامعه به صورت سرشماري در تحقيق شركت داده شدند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات سه پرسشنامه استاندارد؛ ذهنيت فلسفي اسميت، تسهيم دانش وانگ و وانگ و تعهد سازماني آلن و مي ير مي باشد. پايايي ابزار اندازه گيري نيز از طريق يك آزمون مقدماتي و ارزيابي مقدار ضريب آلفا كرونباخ سوالات پرسشنامه موردبررسي قرار گرفت كه مقدار آن براي قسمت هاي مختلف پرسشنامه بالاتر از 72/0 =α به دست آمد كه نشان از قابليت پايايي پرسشنامه دارد. نتايج بررسي رابطه بين ذهنيت فلسفي با تسهيم دانش و تعهد سازماني نشان داد: رابطه معنادار مثبت و مستقيم بين متغيرهاي؛ ذهنيت فلسفي و ابعاد آن با تسهيم دانش، تسهيم دانش و ابعاد آن با تعهد سازماني و ذهنيت فلسفي و ابعاد آن با تعهد سازماني وجود دارد. تفاوت معناداري در ميزان ذهنيت فلسفي دانشجويان مرد و زن وجود ندارد. تفاوت معناداري در ميانگين تعهد سازماني دانشجويان مرد و زن وجود دارد به نحوي كه دانشجويان زن متعهدتر از دانشجويان مرد هستند. ميانگين نمره ذهنيت فلسفي، تسهيم دانش و تعهد سازماني دانشجويان بالاتر از حد متوسط است

The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship of philosophical mindset of students with knowledge sharing and their organizational commitment among the department of Extension and Rural Development of college of Agricultural students in Tabriz University. Research method Was Descriptive-correlational and scrolling technique and questionnaire tool was used for gathering data, The statistical population included 143 students that all of them were selected as the sample based on the census sampling method. The tool for collecting data is three standard questionnaires: the Smith’s Philosophical Mindset, Wang and Wang Knowledge Sharing Questionnaire, and the Allen and Meyer organizational commitment. The reliability of the instrument was also evaluated through a preliminary test and evaluation of the Cronbach's alpha value. The questionnaire was examined and its value for different parts of the questionnaire was higher than α = 0.72, indicating the reliability of the questionnaire. The study findings showed that there is a direct and significant positive relationship between philosophical mindset (and its dimensions) with knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing (and its dimensions) with organizational commitment, and philosophical mindset (and its dimensions) and with commitment. No significant difference was observed between male and female students in terms of philosophical mindset. The study findings indicated that there is a significant difference between male and female students in terms of organizational commitment, as female students are more committed than males. The results revealed that mean scores of philosophical mindset, knowledge sharing, and organizational commitment for students participated in this study were higher than the average.
