چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش، فراهم كردن يك ديدگاه سازماندهي شده و كامل از تاثير استرتژي هاي وزارت ورزش بر روي انتخاب سبك رهبري مناسب در ورزش قهرماني بوده و از 50 مقاله داخلي و خارجي بهره جسته شده است. روش تحقيق حاضر كيفي و داده هاي آن به وسيله كتاب شناسي، سايت شناسي و به روش توصيفي فراهم آمده است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف و ماهيت، كاربردي و از نظر زمان و طول مدت، حال نگر و مقطعي است كه داده هاي آن به روش كتابخانه اي جمع آوري شده است،. از نظريه داده بنياد به عنوان يك رويكرد تحقيق كيفي داراي رويه هاي نظام مندي براي نظريه پردازي استقرايي جهت تحليل داده ها استفاده گرديده است. داده هاي تحقيق در سه مرحله كدگذاري(باز، محوري و انتخابي) شدند و پس از استخراج مفاهيم، مقوله ها و قضيه ها، نتيجه اين فرآيند استقرايي شامل بر مطالعات و انتقادات وارده بر سبك هاي مديريتي ناشي از استراتژي هاي كلان ورزشي آنهاست. در وزارت ورزش 51 فدراسيون و 31 اداره كل استان ها وجود دارد كه نتيجه انتخاب سبك رهبري آنها پرورش قهرمانان مي باشد. درعمده ترين يافته هاي اين پژوهش دريافتيم بين سبك هاي رهبري و ويژگي هاي فردي ، ارتباط وجود دارد. نتايج بيانگر وجود ارتباط معني دار بين سن و سبك رهبري وظيفه گرا كه نشان از توجه به وظيفه است، مي باشد. همان گونه كه در مباحث نظري و پيشينه تحقيق ويژگي هاي شخصي مانند سن، سابقه مديريت، دوره هاي آموزشي و سطح تحصيلات بر سبك هاي رهبري مديران موثر است، مي توان نتيجه گرفت كه مديران ورزش نيز در به كارگيري سبك هاي رهبري خود، متاثراز برخي ويژگي هاي خود عمل مي كنند.
چكيده لاتين :
The study is to provide an organized and complete view of the impact of Ministry of Sports and Youth's strategies on choosing the appropriate leadership style in the championship sport and benefiting from 50 internal and external papers. The methodology of this research is qualitative and its data is bibliographic, site-specific and descriptive, in terms of purpose and nature, is applicable in terms of time and duration, monthly and sectional data collected by the library method. The data theory of the Foundation, as a qualitative research approach, has systematic procedures for inductive theorizing, for data analysis. The research data were codified in three stages (open, axial, and selective) and after extracting the concepts, the categories and the theories, the result of this inductive process involves studies and criticisms of management styles derived from their sporting strategies. In Ministry of Sports and Youth, there are 51 federations and 31 departments of the provinces, the result of which is the selection of their leadership style, the cultivation of heroes. In the most recent findings, we found that there is a relationship between leadership styles and individual characteristics. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between the age and the leadership style of duty, which indicates the attention to duty. As in the theoretical and research topics, personal characteristics such as age, management history, training, and education level are influential on leadership styles of managers, it can be concluded that sports managers also have some of their own characteristics in applying their leadership styles
