منظر مركز محلۀ غيررسمي؛ نمونۀ مطالعه: محلۀ غيررسمي شميران نو

Informal Neighborhood Center Landscape (Case Study: Shemiran-e-Now Informal Neighborhood)

بررسي منظر مركزمحله، شناختي عيني‌ـ‌ذهني از ابعاد فرهنگي، اجتماعي و كالبدي شهر فراهم مي‌سازد. اين پژوهش كه در فروردين 96 و به صورت كيفي با استفاده از مصاحبه، مشاهده و روش تحليل محتوا صورت گرفت، دو سطح جزئيات و تفسيرهاي منظر مركز محلۀ غيررسمي شميران نو تهران را، از زاويۀ ساكنين، مورد بررسي قرار مي‌دهد. در اين محلات، پيشينه‌اي در زمينۀ پژوهش منظرين وجود ندارد و چنين پژوهشي به شناخت نظري در اين حيطه كمك مي‌كند. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد منظر مركز محله‌ غيررسمي، تركيبي است از اشتراك و انسجام اجتماعي ساكنين، بازار فرامحله‌اي و گره‌گاه ترافيكي؛ كه اين سه به صورت سه‌جانبه باعث تقويت يكديگر مي‌شوند. هرچند مشاهدات نشان مي‌دهد كيفيت فضاي زندگي در اين محله بسيار پايين است، اما جريان داشتن فعاليت‌هاي مذهبي و رونق دادوستد به منظر مركزمحلۀ شميران نو حيات داده است.

Investigation of the neighborhood center landscape enables objective-mental recognition of the cultural, social and contextual aspects. The present study has been conducted during April, 2017, based on a qualitative method using interviews, observations and content analysis so as to investigate the details and interpretations of Shemiran-e-Now informal neighborhood center in Tehran from the perspective of the residents. The landscape research on these neighborhoods lacks w well-established background and it contributes to subjective recognition in this area. The results indicated that the informal neighborhood landscape is composed of the residents’ social coherence and collectivity, a trans-local bazar and traffic bifurcation and all of them triply support one another. Although it has been figured out in the observations that the quality of life space is very poor in this neighborhood, the circulation of the religious activities and prosperity of the transactions have revitalized Shemiran-e-Now neighborhood center landscape.
