قرن حاضر، يعني قرن انفجار اطلاعات، عصري است كه دانش ارتباطات از اهميت فوق‌العاده‌اي برخوردار گرديده و بدون ترديد بايد به موازات پرداختن به عناصر و اركان اصلي الگوهاي ارتباطي و آنچه اين فرآيند را تسهيل مي نمايد ، به موانع موجود و آنچه در اين مسير ممكن است اختلال ايجاد نمايد، توجه نمود . اين موانع ممكن است هر يك از عناصر سه گانه‌ي منبع ، مجرا و دريافت را دچار آسيب و چالش جدي نمايد. اما در موضوع ارتباط ديني جامع‌ترين مرجع آسيب‌شناسي ارتباطات انساني، كتاب نوراني قرآن كريم مي‌باشد كه علاوه بر ارائه‌ي شاخص‌هاي يك ارتباط موفق با مضامين متعالي، به موانع موجود در هر سه حوزه پرداخته است. از آنجا كه جمهوري اسلامي به عنوان يك حاكميت ديني در آستانه چهلمين سالگرد پيروزي خود قرار دارد , توجه به مباني قراني درباره ارتباط موفق و باز نگري سياستهاي فرهنگي در عرصه داخلي و خارجي آنهم با مدل قرآني بسيار ضرورت دارد . از اينرو در اين پژوهش با تاكيد براين موارد به بررسي موانع در دو حوزه‌ي مجرا و دريافت پيام ديني پرداخته ايم .
