بررسي تاثير بحران مهاجرت بر قدرت گيري احزاب راست راديكال در اروپاي غربي 2017-2008 (مطالعه موردي: حزب جبهه ملي فرانسه)

The Impact of the Immigration Crisis on the Empowerment of Radical Right Parties in Western Europe 2008-2017 (Case Study: France's National Front Party

ظهور دولت اسلامي (داعش) در خاورميانه، آغاز جنگ داخلي در سوريه و عراق، و تداوم منازعات در افغانستان باعث تشديد روند بحران مهاجرت در اروپا شده است. ماهيت اين بحران از محوريت موضوعات اقتصادي و اجتماعي به موضوع هويتي و متعاقب آن، امنيتي تغيير پيدا كرده است. بر اين اساس، در حوزه سياست داخلي، احزاب راست راديكال روند رو به رشدي را آغاز كرده و توانسته اند از طريق مخالفت با مهاجرت و هشدار در مورد تهديد هويتي، توجه بسياري از رايدهندگان را به خود جلب كنند. پژوهش كنوني درصدد است به بررسي تاثير بحران مهاجرت بر قدرت گرفتن احزاب راست راديكال در اروپاي غربي، و به صورت موردي حزب جبهه ملي فرانسه طي سالهاي 2017-2008 بپردازد. در اين پژوهش از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان مي‌هد كه در سالهاي مورد مطالعه، بحران مهاجرت همراه با بحران اقتصادي اروپا و ناكاميهاي اتحاديه اروپا، فرصت رشد و توسعه احزاب راست راديكال را فراهم كرده است. حزب جبهه ملي فرانسه به عنوان يكي از قدرتمندترين احزاب راست راديكال در اروپاي غربي، از طريق امنيتي كردن مسئله مهاجرت توانسته است به موفقيتهاي چشمگيري در عرصههاي انتخاباتي دست يابد و به يكي از احزاب تاثيرگذار در صحنه سياسي فرانسه تبديل شود.

The emergence of the Islamic State (ISIS) in the Middle East, the beginning of the civil war in Syria and Iraq, and the continuation of conflicts in Afghanistan have exacerbated the trend of the immigration crisis in Europe. The nature of the crisis has shifted from the focus of economic and social issues to the issue of identity and, consequently, security. Accordingly, in the field of domestic politics, radical right parties have begun a growing trend and have been able to attract the attention of many voters through opposition to immigration and the threat of identity threats. The current study seeks to examine the impact of the immigration crisis on the power of radical right-wing parties in Western Europe, and in the case of the French National Front party in the years 2008- 2017. Qualitative content analysis method has been used in this research. The research findings show that in the years under study, the immigration crisis coupled with the economic crisis in Europe and the disappointments of the European unio‎n have provided the opportunity for the growth and development of radical right-wing parties. The French National Front Party, as one of the most powerful radical right parties in Western Europe, has been able to achieve significant success in the electoral field by securing immigration, becoming one of the most influential parties on the French political scene.
