ﺟﺮاح ﺑﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻤﺎر: ﺗﺄﻣﻠﯽ در اﺻﻮل، ارزشﻫﺎ، ﻣﻮازﯾﻦ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي، وﻇﺎﯾﻒ و ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺎت آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، درﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺟﺮاﺣﺎن در ﺑﺨﺶﻫﺎ و درﻣﺎﻧﮕﺎهﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن

زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﻋﻠﻢ و ﻫﻨﺮ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺷﺎﯾﺴﺘﻪ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ و ﺟﺮاح ﻧﻘﺶ آﻓﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎدﯾﻦ ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ ﮐﻤﺎل و ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ. واژه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺘﺮادف اﺧﻼق و آﺋﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﻤﺎم ﻧﻤﺎي آﺋﯿﻦ اﻧﺴﺎن دوﺳﺘﯽ و ﻧﺎم ﺟﺮاح زﯾﻨﺖ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻞ اﻣﻦ و اﻣﺎن ﺳﻼﻣﺘﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﻌﺒﺪ ﺷﻔﺎﺑﺨﺶ، ﻋﺮﺻﻪ اراﺋﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﺣﯿﺎت ﺑﺨﺶ ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ، ﻧﮕﺎرﺳﺘﺎن زﯾﺒﺎﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﮕﺎرهﻫﺎي ﻫﻨﺮﻣﻨﺪﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﮕﺎرﮔﺮان ﺑﺸﺮي، ﭘﻨﺎﻫﮕﺎه ﺑﯽﭘﻨﺎﻫﺎن، ﻣﺴﮑﻦ دردﻣﻨﺪان، ﻣﻠﺠﺎء دﻟﺴﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن و ﻧﻮاي ﺑﯿﻨﻮاﯾﺎن اﺳﺖ. در وادي ﺗﺠﺎرب ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ، ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﻋﻠﻢ در آﺳﻤﺎن ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺖ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اوج ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد و ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﻓﻦ و ﻓﻨﺎوري در اﻗﯿﺎﻧﻮس ﮐﻤﺎل ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺟﻠﻮهﮔﺮي ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ درﻫﻢ ﺗﻨﯿﺪﮔﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت و ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺖﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺧﻼق و ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ و اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯿﺖ، ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺣﺴﺎس ﻣﯽﮔﺮدد. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﭘﯿﺸﮕﺎه ﺧﺎﻟﻖ ارزشﻫﺎ و دادار رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎ، آداب و اﺻﻮل و ﻣﻨﺶ و ﺳﻠﻮك ﻫﻨﺮﮐﺪه ﺟﺮاﺣﯽ را: ﺑﺎ اﻟﻬﺎم از رازﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﻣﻮز دردﻣﻨﺪان، ﮐﺸﻒ اﺳﺮار ﻧﻬﺎن وﻟﯿﻨﻌﻤﺘﺎن، ﮐﻨﮑﺎش در وادي ﺳﺘﺮ و ﻋﯿﺎن دﯾﺮﻧﺸﯿﻨﺎن، ﺳﯿﺮ در ﮔﻨﺠﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﮔﺮاﻧﺒﺎر دﻟﻨﻮازان و دﻟﻨﻮﺷﺘﻪﻫﺎي دﻟﻨﺸﯿﻦ دل ﺳﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن و ﻧﺒﺸﺘﻪﻫﺎي ﮔﺮانﺳﻨﮓ داﻧﺶ ﭘﮋوﻫﺎن، ﺑﻪ زﯾﻨﺖ ﻃﺒﻊ ﻣﯽآراﯾﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﻔﻞ اﻧﺲ ﻫﻤﺮاﻫﺎن و ﭘﯿﺸﮕﺎه ﻗﺪس ﺧﺎدﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﺒﺪ ﻋﺸﻖ و اﯾﻤﺎن ﺗﻘﺪﯾﻢ ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ، اﻣﯿﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﻧﻈﺮ آﯾﺪ ﻣﻮاد و روش ﻫﺎ: اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ و ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﮐﻤﯿﺘﻪ اﺧﻼق ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺟﺮاﺣﺎن و در اداﻣﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت و ﺗﻼشﻫﺎي ﻗﺒﻠﯽ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ، اﻧﺠﺎم، ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ و اﻧﺘﺸﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺑﺤﺚ ﻣﺘﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ دﯾﺪﮔﺎهﻫﺎي 20 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺟﺮاﺣﺎن ﭘﯿﺶ ﮐﺴﻮت، 5 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﻣﺠﺮب، ﺟﻤﻌﯽ از ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان دﯾﮕﺮ ﺟﻤﻊﺑﻨﺪي و ﻣﺒﻨﺎي ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻋﻨﺎوﯾﻦ، ﮐﺪواژهﻫﺎ، ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎت، اﺻﻮل، ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ زﻣﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺑﻪ روش ﺑﺤﺚ ﻣﺘﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﺋﯽ، ﻃﺒﻘﻪﺑﻨﺪي و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻊ ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪاي، ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺠﺎت ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ، ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺪ واژهﻫﺎي ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ داﺧﻠﯽ )ﮐﺘﺐ ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ، ﻣﺠﻼت ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ( و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻌﺘﺒﺮ ﻻﺗﯿﻦ، در ﻣﺤﺪوده 20 ﺳﺎﻟﻪ ﻣﻨﺘﻬﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺎل 1396 ﺷﻤﺴﯽ و 2018 ﻣﯿﻼدي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﺋﯽ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺮﮔﺰﯾﺪه، ﺧﻼﺻﻪﺑﺮداري و اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺷﺪ. ﻋﻨﺎوﯾﻦ ﻣﻮرد اﺗﻔﺎق در ﮔﺮوه ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺑﻪ روش دﻟﻔﯽ در ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻃﺒﻘﻪﺑﻨﺪي و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺷﺪ.

Surgery is a career in which science and art go hand in hand to bring it into existence. Whenever the surgeon encounter a patient, in fact they take one step closer to perfection. The word “surgery” alongside with “morality and the pure reflection of the fascinating inner human beings lead to patients being saved. Therefore, hospital is a place where the defenseless seek shelter. The afflicted make home out of it and surely it’s the healing point of the desperate. By casting a glance at the surgery the need for the combination of medical care and a humane look at the patient is always being felt. Patients are in fact a place for the surgeons putting their intellectual performance of the medical science on a show in an artistic way. In this way researchers’ studies and doctors’ humane and at the same time loving view get blended in with each other. We hope the result of this encounter will serve the patient in their best interest. Surgery is an art which has evolved since prehistoric times to reach its standing today. Diagnostic techniques, anesthesia and surgical instrumentation have developed more recently to a degree such that surgeons can reach and excise or repair lesions which were not possible even fifty years ago. Clinics, hospitals and surgical theaters have become a haven for the ailing and the sick with the hope of a cure or amelioration of their suffering. The services that the surgeons and hospitals can provide for their patients require a complicated web of administrative, nursing and social services. Teaching and research are also an essential ancillary task which the surgeon must accommodate. Within this busy environment, the surgeon must constantly be aware of his moral and ethical obligation to his patients who with complete trust lay their lives in his hands.
