ارائه الگوي فرماندهي مطلوب از منظر اسلام و بيانات مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا(مدظله‌العالي) با رويكرد فرا تركيب

Presenting desirable commanding model from perspective of Islam and supreme leader of Iran Imam Khamenei's statements through a meta-analysis approach

زيربناي الگوي فرماندهي مطلوب، يكي از عوامل اساسي اداره كشور و يكي از مهمترين عوامل رسيدن به سند چشم­انداز جمهوري اسلامي ايران در افق 1404 ه. ش. است. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق، ارائه الگوي مطلوب فرماندهي از منظر اسلام و بيانات رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) مي‌باشد. شناسايي عوامل اساسي و تعيين­كننده در كاربردي بودن تحقيقات حوزة فرماندهي و مديريت اسلامي، جزء پژوهش­هايي است كه انجام آن ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. اولين گام در اين راستا، بررسي و تجميع تحقيقات انجام گرفته در زمينة فرماندهي مطلوب است. تحقيق حاضر نيز با هدف شناخت وضع موجود تحقيقات گذشته و با استفاده از روش كيفي فراتركيب و روش آنتروپي شانون صورت گرفته است. بدين منظور، 68 مقاله ارائه‌شده در همايش پيشين «تبيين الگوي فرماندهي مطلوب از منظر اسلام و بيانات مقام معظم فرماندهي كل قوا(مدظله‌العالي)» كه در دانشگاه امام علي (ع) برگزار شد، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و از بين تمامي مقالات، تعداد پنج مقاله برتر انتخاب و تحليل شد. شيوة تحليل داده­ها بر اساس كدگذاري باز مي­باشد. بعد از تحليل 84 كد، كدهاي مشابه در 34 مقوله طبقه‌بندي شد. در نهايت 34 مقوله در چهار طبقة اصلي قرار گرفت كه عبارتند از: مؤلفه‌هاي معنوي، مديريتي، نظامي، رفتاري و فردي. نتايج تحليل نشان مي‌دهد كه بعد معنوي، مؤثرترين عامل در فرماندهي و مديريت مطلوب مطرح است و سه طبقة ديگر در مراتب بعدي قرار دارند.

The foundation of desirable commanding model is considered as one of the key factors in governing of the country, and it is one of the most important factors for meeting the deadlines presented in the outlook document of Islamic Republic of Iran in the horizon of 1404. The basic aim of this study is presenting a desirable commanding model from perspective of Islam and Imam Khamenei's statements. Identifying key and basic factors in applied research in the field of Islamic commanding and management seem to be inevitable in near future. The first step for this purpose is investigating and summation of previous studies in the field of desirable commanding. This study aimed at recognition of the present state about the past studies using the qualitative method of Meta–analysis and Shannon entropy. For this purpose, the presented articles (68 articles) in the previous conference titled: Presenting desirable commanding pattern from the perspective of Islam and statements of the supreme leader of Iran, held at Imam Ali (P.B.U.H) University, were used. From among the whole number of articles, the five top articles were selected and analyzed. Data analysis was conducted based on open coding methods (84 Codes). After analyzing 84 code, similar codes were classified in 34 categories and 4 main classes. The four main categories included: spiritual, administrative, military, individual and behavioral categories. The results showed that the spiritual category is the most effective factor in desirable commanding and management and three other factors rank next subsequently.
