هدف اين تحقيق، تبيين مؤلفه‌هاي مديريت جهادي، برگرفته از بيانات عالمانه مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) و ارائه به جامعه مديريتي كشور به­ منظور ترويج، به‌كارگيري و اجرايي كردن رهنمودهاي ايشان در جامعه اسلامي است. پس از انقلاب اسلامي، به ويژه در سال­هاي دفاع مقدس، يكي از شيوه ­هاي مديريت كه به‌طور خاص مورد توجه مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي) قرار گرفته است، «مديريت جهادي» نام دارد. مديريت جهادي برگرفته از تعاليم اسلامي و بهره­ گيري از انرژي و توانمندي منابع انساني است كه با تكيه بر ارزش­ها و اعتقادات معنوي صورت مي‌گيرد. مديريت جهادي در واقع سبكي برخاسته از تفكّر بومي و متناسب با مقتضيات فرهنگي و اجتماعي جمهوري اسلامي ايران است. در اين پژوهش تلاش شده­ است، مؤلفه‌هاي مديريت جهادي در بيانات امام خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. سوال تحقيق اين است كه مؤلفه‌هاي جهاد فرهنگي از منظر مقام معظم رهبري(مدظله‌العالي) كدامند؟ بنابراين چون در اين تحقيق به اين سؤال پاسخ داده خواهد شد، فرضيه نيز وجود ندارد. نوع تحقيق (كاربردي-توسعه­اي) كه با استفاده از روش كيفي و گردآوري اطلاعات با بررسي سوابق موجود و مطالعات كتابخانه اي انجام شده­ است. در پايان، 18 گزاره، 4 مؤلفه و 32 زيرمؤلفه به ­شرح زير احصاء گرديد: مفهوم مديريت جهادي با 3 زيرمؤلفه؛ الزامات مديريت جهادي با 10 زيرمؤلفه؛ ويژگي­هاي مديريت جهادي با 6 زيرمؤلفه؛ دستاوردهاي مديريت جهادي با 13 زيرمؤلفه.

This research aimed to define the components of Jihad Administration based on the scholarly statements of the Supreme Leader and provide them to the administration community of the country to implement and utilize his guidelines in the Islamic society. After the Islamic Revolution, especially in the years of the Holy Defense and at present, one of the administration practices specifically addressed by the Supreme Leader ^{(May Extend his Shadow)} has been the Jihad Administration. The jihad administration derived from Islamic teachings and utilized the energy and potential of human resources, which is based on the spiritual values ​​and beliefs. In this administration method, regardless of odd formalities, Managers try to align their capabilities with their subordinates' potential power to achieve defined goals quickly. In fact Jihad administration is a style derived from indigenous thinking and in accordance with the cultural and social requirements of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This study examined the components of jihad management in the statements of Imam Khamenei ^{(May Extend his Shadow)}. In this applied-developmental research, data collected by examining the existing records (in his website) and through library studies. In the case of Jihad administration, 18 statements, 4 components and 32 sub-components were considered as: The concept of jihad administration with 3 sub-components; Requirements for Jihad administration with 10 sub-components; Features of Jihad administration with 6 sub-components; Achievements of jihad administration with 13 sub-components.
