آسيب‌شناسي آموزش‌هاي سازماني در يكي از مراكز نظامي نيروهاي مسلح با استفاده از الگوي «FPSS»

امروزه، آموزش سازماني به يكي از مهمترين ضروريات سازمانهاي نوين براي بقا در شرايط متغير كنوني درآمده است. پويايي سازماني، انعطاف پذيري ساختاري، افزايش بهره وري، و اثربخشي همگي در گرو داشتنِ نظام آموزش سازماني كارآمد و مؤثر است. از طريق آسيب شناسي آموزشي است كه ميتوان نقاط ضعف و معايب دوره هاي آموزشي را شناسايي كرد. در تحقيق حاضر به ارزشيابي دوره هاي آموزشي در يكي از مراكز نظامي نيروهاي مسلح با استفاده از الگوي FPSS پرداخته شده است. اين پژوهش به روش توصيفي- پيمايشي است و جامعۀ آماري آن كليۀ مديران و كارشناسان سازمان مورد مطالعه است و با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد آنان 120 نفر برآورد شد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات، از يك پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته، متشكل از 32 سؤال، استفاده و پايايي آن 0/964 محاسبه شد. از آنجا كه داده ها نرمال بودند، براي تجزيه و تحليل آنها از آزمون تحليلي عاملي تأييدي و تيِ تك نمونه اي بهره جويي شد. بر اساس نتايج اين تحقيق، سازمان مورد مطالعه در دو بُعد كاركردي و فرايندي الگوي FPSS وضعيت نسبتاً خوبي دارد؛ ولي در دو بُعد سيستمي و ساختاري الگوي FPSS وضعيت مناسبي ندارد.

The results showed that the studied organizations in both the functional and process model in two dimensions FPSS fairly well, but not appropriate systems and structures of the FPSS model According to identify vulnerable points in the studied organizations using the pattern Proposals for a way out of the situation and achieve a desirable situation is presented to the group.
