فراتركيب پژوهش‌هاي انجام شده در زمينۀ سياست اخلاقي مديران از منظر آموزه‌هاي اسلامي

Meta-synthesis studies on managers' ethical policy with perspective of the Islamic lessons

هدف اصلي از پژوهش حاضر فراتركيب پژوهش هاي انجامشده در زمينة سياست اخلاقي مديران از منظر آموزه هاي اسلامي است. ابزار پژوهش سياهة مطالعات و اسناد و مدارك گذشته در زمينة سياست اخلاقي مديران است كه جمعاً بيست پژوهش را شامل ميشود. شيوة تحليل داده ها نيز كُدگذاري است. در اين زمينه، با اتخاذ رويكرد كيفي در پژوهش و با بهره گيري از روش فراتركيب، متون مربوطه شناسايي و، پس از ارزيابي، تعدادي از آنها براي استفاده در اين پژوهش انتخاب و تحليل شد. در گام بعد، متون انتخابي با هدف استخراج مصداق هاي سياست اخلاقي بررسي شد و 143 كُد شناسايي شده در زمينة سياست اخلاقي مديران بر مبناي آموزه هاي اسلامي در 52 مفهوم و 5 مقوله، شامل مقولة مديريتي- رهبري، ارتباطي- تعاملي، شخصيتي- رفتاري، ارزشي- اعتقادي، و دانشي- تحليلي بررسي شد. يافته هاي مطالعاتي ميتواند هم در سياست گذاري و انتخاب مديران آموزش عاليِ آتي و هم به عنوان راهنماي عمل مديران كنوني مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

The main purpose of this study was to meta-synthesis conducting the studies in the field of ethics policy managers from the perspective of Islamic lessons. The research tool was an inventory studies, documents about managers' ethical policy that were included the 20 studies. by adopting a qualitative approach in research and by using meta-synthesis method, the data analysis and coding practices were conducted. In this regard, the relevant texts are identified and after evaluation, some of them were selected and analyzed. In the next step, the texts were studied with the aim of extracting examples of ethical policy. The study explored and founded the 143 code of ethical management policy based on Islamic lessons covering 5 main categories in 52 sub categories. The main categories were comprised managerial leadership, interactive communication, behavioral characteristic and knowledgeable - analysis. The results of the study can be used for both policymakers and higher education administrator's in the current and future Conditions. Furthermore, the findings of this study may be considered as some guidelines in action from managers of higher education.
