در ساليان اخير برخي از انديشمندان مديريت اسلامي، در آثار خود، خواهان استفاده از روش اجتهاد هستند. اين تحقيق، تلاش دارد، تصوير جامعي از مفهوم اجتهاد و به كارگيري آن به عنوان يك روش تحقيق، در دانش مديريت ارائه كند. روش اجتهاد در مديريت اسلامي با تكيه بر دو دسته منابع علمي، يعني منابع درون ديني و منابع برون ديني، كاربستي را فراهم ساخته كه در عين استفاده از دانش روز در حوزه مديريت، از منابع ارزشمند ديني نيز براي اعتلاي دانش مديريت استفاده شود. بر اساس اين روش، يك فرآيند نُه مرحله‌اي براي استنباط مديريت اسلامي ارائه شده است.

This study tries to examine the theoretical basis of "scientific Ijtehad" in order to introduce and extract the Islamic management doctrines using the theme analysis.
