ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻟﭙﺴﯽ ﯾﺎ ﺟﻤﻮد ﻋﻀﻼت ﯾﮏ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﻋﺼﺒﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻔﺘﯽ ﻋﻀﻼت، ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ درد و ﺛﺒﺎت اﻧﺪام ﺑﺪون درﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ
ﻣﺤﺮكﻫﺎي ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه و از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻋﻼﺋﻢ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﭘﺎرﮐﯿﻨﺴﻮن در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﻮح اﺳﺘﯿﻞ ﮐﻮﻟﯿﻦ در ﻣﻐﺰ، درﻣﺎن اﺻﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻄﻮف ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻧﺘﺎﮔﻮﻧﯿﺴﺖﻫﺎي ﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪهﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﺳﮑﺎرﯾﻨﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ وﺟﻮد ﺗﺴﮑﯿﻦ ﻋﻼﺋﻢ، ﻋﻮارض ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ ﺷﺪﯾﺪي دارد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺛﺮ ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﯿﺪوراﻟﮑﻠﯽ دارﭼﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻟﭙﺴﯽ در ﻣﻮﺷﻬﺎي ﺳﻮري ﻧﺮ ﻣﺪل ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﭘﺎرﮐﯿﻨﺴﻮن ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ
ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. 70 ﻋﺪد ﻣﻮش ﺳﻮري ﻧﺮ ) 30±2 ﮔﺮم( ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻫﻔﺖ ﮔﺮوه ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ؛ ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﮔﺮوه ﺣﻼل روﺗﻨﻮن، ﮔﺮ روﺗﻨﻮن و 4 ﮔﺮوه درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه روﺗﻨﻮن و ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺐ آن ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ 400 ،200 ،100 و 600 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﯿﺪرواﻟﮑﻠﯽ دارﭼﯿﻦ ﺟﻬﺖ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺪل ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﭘﺎرﮐﯿﻨﺴﻮن، روﺗﻨﻮن )2 ﻣﯿﻠﯿﮕﺮم/ ﮐﯿﻠﻮﮔﺮم/ 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ( ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 19 روز ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﺷﺪ و اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺪل ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﭘﺎرﮐﯿﻨﺴﻮن ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﭘﺲ از ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺪل، ﻣﻘﺎدﯾﺮ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ دارﭼﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت 20 روز ) ﻫﺮ 48 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﯾﮑﺒﺎر( ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺻﻔﺎﻗﯽ ﺗﺰرﯾﻖ ﺷﺪ. ﺳﭙﺲ اﺛﺮات ﻋﺼﺎره ﻫﯿﺪرواﻟﮑﻠﯽ دارﭼﯿﻦ ﺑﺮ ﮐﺎﺗﺎﻟﭙﺴﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺎ آزﻣﻮن ANOVA و ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن Tukey آﻧﺎﻟﯿﺰ ﺷﺪه و 0/05

Catalepsy or muscle rigidity is a neurological disease characterized by muscle stiffness or rigidity of muscles, organs decreased sensitivity to pain and stability regardless of external stimuli-known and one of the main symptoms of Parkinson's disease is considered. Due to the increasing levels of acetylcholine in the brain, treatment is focused on the use of muscarinic receptor antagonists. Despite relieve the symptoms, there are severe side effects. In this study, the effect of cinnamon extract on catalepsy in mice model of Parkinson's disease was conducted. Overall, 70 male mice (30 ± 2 g) were randomly divided into seven groups: control group, rotenone solvent, rotenone group and 4 groups of rotenone, subsequent doses 100, 200, 400 and 600 mg/kg cinnamon extract. To create models of Parkinson's disease, rotenone (2 mg/kg/ 48 h) was administered for 19 d and creating models of Parkinson's disease was evaluated. After verification of the model, different doses of cinnamon for 20 d (every 48 h) were injected intraperitoneally (IP). The effects of cinnamon extract on catalepsy was compared with other groups and the results were analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey test. PP<0.05).
