2. Designing and Implementation of Suppliers Evaluation Process in the Supplier Relationship Management System (SRM) (Case Study: Mobarakeh Steel Company

هدف اين پژوهش ارائه چارچوبي براي فرآيند ارزيابي صلاحيت اوليه و ارزيابي عملكرد تامين‌كنندگان و اجراي آن به‌عنوان بخشي از سامانه مديريت روابط تامين‌كنندگان در سيستم برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان «شركت فولاد مباركه» است. در اين پژوهش ابتدا فرآيند فعلي «شركت فولاد مباركه» بررسي شده است و در ادامه با استفاده از بررسي مباني نظري موضوع و نظرهاي خبرگان، فرآيند ارزيابي صلاحيت اوليه و عملكرد تامين‌كنندگان مجدداً طراحي و در غالب سامانه نرم‌افزاري مديريت روابط تامين‌كنندگان اجرا شده است. به اين منظور پس از جمع‌آوري معيارها و روش‌هاي مناسب براي ارزيابي در اين زمينه، با استفاده از روش دلفي، مناسب‌ترين معيارها براي ارزيابي تامين‌كنندگان تعيين شده است. در فرآيند طراحي‌شده، صلاحيت اوليه تامين‌كنندگان، پس از انتخاب معيارهاي بايدي و عملكردي، تعيين مي شود؛ در مرحله دوم، عملكرد تامين‌كنندگان در دو بخش استعلام و سفارش ارزيابي مي‌شود. اين فرآيند به شركت كمك مي‌كند تا تامين‌كنندگان مناسب را انتخاب و عملكرد آنها را در زمان همكاري بررسي كند. شفافيت در اين فرآيند باعث مي‌شود متقاضيان همكاري با شركت، ديد خوبي نسبت به انتخاب يا عدم انتخاب خود در ابتداي فرآيند و ارزيابي عملكرد خود در طول دوره همكاري داشته باشند.

The purpose of this study is to provide a framework for the initial qualification and performance evaluation of suppliers and contractors and implement it as part of the supply chain management system in ERP system of the Mobarakeh Steel Company. In this research, the current process of Mobarakeh Steel Company has been investigated. Subsequently, using the review of the literature and the views of experts in the process of assessing the initial competence of suppliers, the design has been redesigned, and implemented in the supply chain management software system. After collecting the appropriate criteria and methods for evaluation in this field, the most appropriate criteria for assessing suppliers are determined using the Delphi method. In the design process, the initial qualification of suppliers will be determined after selecting the necessary and functional criteria. In the second stage, suppliersperformance is assessed in two parts of the inquiry and order.Transparency at stages of the process help the company to select the appropriate suppliers.Transparency in this process make the applicants to collaborate with the company to have a good view of choosing or not choosing at the beginning of the process and evaluating their performance over the course of partnership.
