ارزيابي اثرات زيست محيطي تفرجگاه هاي شهري (منطقه موردي: منطقه گردشگري مرواريد شهر نكا)

با افزايش جمعيت و كاهش دسترسي شهروندان به محيط هاي باز و طبيعي، نياز به گردش و تفريح و توسعه تفرجگاه هاي شهري بيش از پيش احساس مي شود. صنعت گردشگري داراي مزاياي متعددي است. از جمله اين مزايا نقش چشمگير اين صنعت در بهبود وضع اقتصادي و اجتماعي مردم است. گردشگري در محيط طبيعي، فرهنگي و اجتماعي صورت مي پذيرد و داراي تاثيرات متعدد و متنوعي است كه تاثير بر محيط زيست يكي از آن هاست. چنانچه توسعه گردشگري بر اساس نگرش هاي زيست محيطي و پايداري توسعه نباشد در طول زمان اثرات منفي بسياري بر محيط زيست وارد مي شود و تخريب ان را بدنبال دارد. انجام مطالعات ارزيابي اثرات محيط زيستي از جمله روش هاي شناسايي اثرات محتمل توسعه و كاهش اختلالات زيست محيطي و اطمينان از پايداري توسعه گردشگري است.يكي از رايج ترين روش هاي ارزيابي اثرات زيست محيطي، ماتريس لئوپولد است. اثرات اجراي پروژه در دو فاز ساختماني و بهره برداري مشخص گرديد. همچنين چك ليست اثرات مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد كه پروژه چه در مرحله ساختماني و چه در مرحله بهره برداري داراي پيامد منفي با ميانگين رده بندي 3/1- نمي باشد، در نتيجه توسعه منطقه گردشگري مرواريد شهر نكا با در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات زيست محيطي و راهكارهاي كاهش اثرات منفي و ضعيف تاييد مي شود.

With the increase in population and the reduction of citizens' access to open and natural environments, the need to circulate and recreate urban sprawl is felt more and more. The tourism industry has several advantages. One of these benefits is the industry's remarkable role in improving the economic and social conditions of the people. Tourism is conducted in the natural, cultural and social environment, and has many and varied impacts that impact on the environment is one of them. If tourism development does not develop on the basis of environmental and sustainable development, over time, many negative impacts on the environment will be generated and destroyed. Environmental impact assessment studies are among the ways to identify potential impacts of development and reduction of environmental disruptions and ensure the sustainability of tourism development. One of the most common methods for assessing environmental impacts is the Leopold matrix. The effects of project implementation were identified in two phases of construction and operation. The effects checklist was also analyzed. The results of the research showed that the project, both in the construction phase and in the exploitation phase, has no negative outcomes with a mean score of 1/3, as a result of the development of the Nevada pearl tourism area taking into account environmental considerations and negative impact reduction strategies, poorly approved.
