زمينه و هدف: امنيت اطلاعات يك مسئله حياتي است و امروزه سازمان‌ها در سراسر دنيا با آن روبه‌رو هستند. براي آنكه بتوان در دنياي متلاطم و متغير امروز به حيات ادامه داد بايد به خلاقيت و نوآوري روي آورد و ضمن شناخت تغييرها و تحولات محيط، براي رويارويي با آنها پاسخ‌هاي بديع و تازه تدارك ديد و همراه تأثيرپذيري از اين تحولات بر آنها تأثير نهاد و بدان‌ها شكل دلخواه داد. موارد پيش‌گفته زمينة انجام تحقيق حاضر مي‌باشد. هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي تأثير فرهنگ نوآوري حمايت‌كننده و عملكرد نوآوري سازمان بر امنيت مجموعه‌هاي اطلاعاتي است. روش‌شناسي: اين تحقيق از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از لحاظ روش كمي- توصيفي، از لحاظ راهبرد پيمايشي است. جامعة آماري پژوهش حاضر در حوزة معاونت شبكه و امنيت سازمان فنّاوري اطلاعات شهرداري تهران بوده است. روش گردآوري اطلاعات در اين تحقيق به صورت ميداني و كتابخانه‌اي و ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسش‌نامه است كه روايي آن از طريق نظر خبرگان تأييد و پايايي تحقيق حاضر با بهره‌گيري از روش آلفاي كرونباخ (كه بالاي 0.7 بوده است) مورد تأييد قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: براي بررسي نرمال‌بودن داده‌ها نيز از طريق آزمون كولموگروف اسميرنوف و از روش الگوسازي معادلات ساختاري و تحليل مسير براي ارزيابي الگوي مفهومي تحقيق با بهره‌گيري از نرم‌افزارهاي Spss و Amos اقدام شده است. نتايج حاكي از تأثير راهبرد فنّاوري بر امنيت مجموعه‌هاي اطلاعاتي، تأثير كيفيت ايده‌ها بر امنيت مجموعه‌هاي اطلاعاتي، تأثير كسب و بهره‌برداري از فنّاوري بر امنيت مجموعه‌هاي اطلاعاتي، تأثير نوآوري فني بر امنيت مجموعه‌هاي اطلاعاتي و تأثير نوآوري اجرايي بر امنيت مجموعه‌هاي اطلاعاتي است.
