تحليلي بر روش‌شناسي مناسب براي تحقيق اجتماعي در سازمان‌هاي نظامي

Analysis for Suitable Methodology for Social Research in Military Organizations

امروزه پژوهش ­هاي كيفي به شناخت و فهم پديده ­ها، نهادها، فرهنگ ­ها، معاني، تفسيرها و تجربه­هاي گوناگون انساني كمك مي­كنند. برخي از اين نهادها به ­سختي در دسترس پژوهشگران قرار مي­گيرند و به­ طورمعمول امكان بررسي دقيق آنها به دلايل گوناگوني- مانند دلايل امنيتي و قرار داشتن در محيط ­هاي خطرناك، اجباري و خشن- ميسر نيست. سازمان­هاي نظامي از اين دسته از نهادها هستند. به علت دشواري ورود به دنياي سازمان­هاي نظامي و انجام پژوهش در آنها از سوي پژوهشگران بيروني، اين مقاله درصدد ارائه روش ­شناسي مناسب براي انجام تحقيق اجتماعي در سازمان­هاي نظامي است. اطلاعات اين پژوهش به روش كتابخانه ­اي و مصاحبه دوستانه گرد­آوري شده، پس از بحث در مورد ويژگي­ هاي سازمان­هاي نظامي و مشكلات پيش­روي پژوهشگران در ورود به سازمان و گرد­آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز براي تحقيق و بررسي روش­هاي كيفي قابل ‌استفاده در سازمان­هاي نظامي، بهترين رويكردها شناسايي و معرفي شده ­اند. نتيجه اينكه استراتژي­هاي تحقيق خود مردم­ نگاري و مردم ­نگاري، از بهترين روش ­شناسي­ هاي تحقيق در اين سازمان­هاست.

Nowadays, qualitative researches help people to understanding phenomena, institutions, cultures, connotations, interpretations and various human experiences. Some of these institutions are out of reach for researchers; therefor careful and deep study is not easy because of their security, coercive, violence and dangerous environment. Military organizations are in these institutions category. This article intended for presenting a suitable methodology for conducting social research in military organizations, because the entrance to this organizations is not easy and outer researchers do not perform any research in this organizations. Data for this article was collected from library and friendly interviewing. After the discussion about characteristics of the military organizations and the obstacles that confront researchers to enter the military, and data collection needed for research and scrutiny the qualitative methods that suitable for military organizations, the best method is identified and presented. Result shows that if authoethnography and ethnography conducted through insider researchers in military will be the best methods for conducting research in these organizations
