بررسي رضايتمندي گردشگران ورزشي استان آذربايجان شرقي و ارتباط آن با مشكلات گردشگري ورزشي (مطالعه موردي: تماشاگران بازي فوتبال دو تيم تراكتورسازي و سايپا)

Survey sports tourists satisfaction East Azerbaijan Province and its relation to the problems of sports tourism(Case Study: spectators football match between the teams Tractorsazi and Saipa)

هدف: امروزه در فضاي رقابتي صنعت توريسم، شناسايي متغيرهايي كه بر رضايتمندي گردشگران تأثيرگذارند، از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. بنابراين هدف از اجراي اين تحقيق بررسي رضايتمندي گردشگران ورزشي استان آذربايجان شرقي و ارتباط آن با مشكلات گردشگري ورزشي بود. روش‌شناسي: تحقيق حاضر از نوع توصيفي- همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش در بخش رضايتمندي گردشگران ورزشي را كليه تماشاگران بازي فوتبال بين دو تيم تراكتورسازي و سايپا (40000 نفر) و در بخش مشكلات گردشگري ورزشي را اساتيد تربيت بدني دانشگاه‌هاي استان،كارشناسان اداره‌هاي ميراث فرهنگي، صنايع دستي و گردشگري، راهنمايان تورهاي گردشگري، كارشناسان تربيت‌بدني اداره‌هاي تربيت‌بدني و آموزش و پرورش استان (137 نفر) تشكيل داده بودند. نمونه تحقيق در بخش مشكلات گردشگري ورزشي، از روش سرشماري استفاده شد، اما در بخش رضايتمندي گردشگران ورزشي 510 نفر به صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. براي گرد‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌هاي‌ بنسبردي (1393) و محمدي (1388) استفاده گرديد. براي تحليل داده‌ها نيز از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و فريدمن استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: بين رضايتمندي گردشگران ورزشي و مشكلات گردشگري ورزشي همبستگي منفي و معناداري وجود دارد. همچنين بين اولويت‌بندي مشكلات گردشگران ورزشي و رضايمندي گردشگران ورزشي تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: به منظور كسب رضايتمندي گردشگران ورزشي، توجه بيشتري بايد به مشكلات گردشگري ورزشي شود.

Objective: Nowadays in a competitive enviroment of tourism industry, of great importance identify the variablees that influence tourists satisfaction.therefore, the purpose of this study was to the survey sports tourists satisfaction East Azerbaijan province and its relation to the problems of sports tourism. Methodology: this study was a cross - correlation. The study population in districte sports tourists satisfaction consisted of all spectators football match between the teams Tractor and Saipa (40000 people) and in districte sports tourism problems physical education teachers in universities province, experts of the cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism organization, tourism guides, experts in Physical education department of education physical and department of education province (137 people) formed. The research sample is also limited due to population problems in the tourism census method was used. But in districte sports tourists satisfaction, 510 people sample available were selected. For data collection was used questionnaires Bansbordi(1393) and Mohammadi(1388). Data for the analysis of pearson correlation test and friedman test was used. Results: there is a significant negative correlation between the satisfaction of tourists and sports and sports tourism problems. Also, there is a significant difference between prioritization the satisfaction of tourists and sports and sports tourism problems. Conclusion: in order to get satisfaction sports tourists will pay more attention to the problems of sports tourism.
