چكيده فارسي :
مقاله حاضر كه با ارزيابي تاثيرات اجتماعي و فرهنگي ساخت سراي محله به عنوان سازماني اجتماعي و مردم نهاد به بررسي نقش اين نوع نهاد ها در پيشگيري و كاهش جرم در محله تحت نفوذ مي پردازد، حاصل پژوهشي است كه از نظر مسير توصيفي و از نظر هدف كاربردي بوده و براي گردآوري اطلاعات نيز از روش ميداني و اسنادي استفاده شده است، به گونه اي كه در بخش اسنادي، به تمام شماري همه اسناد موجود و در دسترس پرداخته شد و در بخش ميداني نيز 400 نفر از ساكنان محله شهرك استقلال و 15 نفركاسبان و اهالي زن و مرد داراي سابقه سكونت بالاي 5 سال در محله، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در عين حال با مديران محلي و انتظامي محله يادشده و نهادهاي ذي نفع نيز به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس مصاحبه شد. ابزار به كار رفته در اين پژوهش، علاوه بر مطالعه اسناد و مدارك مربوطه، پرسش نامه پژوهشگر ساخته، مصاحبه نيمه باز و مشاهده در بخش سنجش وضع موجود و برآورد تاثيرات بوده است.
يافته هاي پژوهش گوياي آن است كه نهادهاي اجتماعي از جمله سراهاي محله مي توانند به پر شدن اوقات فراغت، افزايش دانش و آگاهي عمومي، كاهش و پيشگيري از جرم، ايجاد و دستيابي به فضاي جمعي و توسعه فرهنگي و... در محله ها منجر شده و در عين حال پس از احداث، اثري منفي نخواهد داشت.
چكيده لاتين :
The present paper to assess the effects of social and cultural as the construction of the social organisation and explores the role of this type of bodies in the prevention and reduction in crime under the influence of the neighborhood , research results in terms of descriptive route and practical purpose was to gather information and also of the method used in the field and documents , who took part in a number of documents , all the existing documents and was available in the field as well as residents in 400 Town locality of independence and 15 نفركاسبان and the men and women, has a history of high residence 5 years in the neighborhood, as an example . at the same time, with the local managers and law enforcement agencies and the neighborhood beneficial as targeted and available in an interview . tools used in this research, in addition to study the relevant documents , researcher interview questionnaire , half open, and in the measurement and the effects of the status quo .
