Estimating Variance of the Sample Mean in Two-phase Sampling with Unit Non-response Effect

در آمارگيري‌هاي نمونه‌اي همواره با دو نوع خطا مواجه هستيم. خطاي نمونه‌گيري و خطاي غيرنمونه‌گيري. يكي از عمومي‌ترين خطاهاي غيرنمونه‌گيري، بي‌پاسخي است. اين خطا زماني اتفاق مي‌افتد كه برخي از واحدهاي نمونه‌اي مشاهده نشوند و يا مشاهده شوند ولي به برخي از پرسش‌ها پاسخ ندهند. پيش‌گيري كامل از اين خطا امكان‌پذير نيست ولي مي‌توان آن را به‌طور قابل ملاحظه‌اي كاهش داد. بي‌پاسخي باعث اريبي و تورم واريانس براوردگرها و در نتيجه موجب كم‌دقتي آماره‌هاي آمارگيري مي‌شود. دو نوع بي‌پاسخي وجود دارد. بي‌پاسخي واحد آماري و بي‌پاسخي قلم اطلاعاتي. روش‌هاي متفاوتي براي تعديل اثر هر يك از آن‌ها معرفي شده است. وزن‌دهي و جانهي از جمله روش‌هاي تعديل اثر بي‌پاسخي پس از گرداوري داده‌ها هستند. وزن‌دهي براي تعديل اثر بي‌پاسخي واحد آماري و جانهي نيز براي تعديل اثر بي‌پاسخي قلم اطلاعاتي به‌كار مي‌روند. طرح‌هاي متعددي وجود دارند كه مي‌توان با آن‌ها نمونه را انتخاب كرد. طرح نمونه‌گيري مورد نظر در اين مقاله طرح نمونه‌گيري دوفازي طبقه‌بندي است كه در آن بي‌پاسخي رخ داده است. هدف، براورد واريانس ميانگين نمونه‌اي در اين طرح نمونه‌گيري با استفاده از روش براورد واريانس جك‌نايفي است. همچنين در قالب يك مطالعه‌ي شبيه‌سازي براوردگرهاي واريانس جك‌نايفي براي دو براوردگر (سوم و چهارم) از چهار براوردگر معرفي‌شده، محاسبه مي‌شوند و از نظر كارايي نسبي و ضريب تغييرات با هم مقايسه مي‌شوند. مجموعه داده‌هاي مورد استفاده در اين مطالعه‌ي شبيه‌سازي، داده‌هاي حاصل از طرح آمارگيري هزينه و درامد خانوارهاي شهري در سال 1394 مركز آمار ايران است.

In sample surveys, we always deal with two types of errors: Sampling error and non-sampling error. One of the most common non-sampling errors is nonresponse. This error happens when some sample units are not observed or viewed but they do not answer some of the questions. The complete prevention of this error is not possible, but it can be significantly reduced. The non-response causes bias and inflation of variance of estimators, so it reduces the precision of survey statistics. There are two types of non-response, unit non-response and item nonresponse. Different methods have been introduced for adjusting the effect of each of them. Weighting adjustment and imputation are two ways of adjusting the nonresponse effect of collecting data. A weighting is used to adjust the unit non-response effect and imputation is applied to adjust the item non-response effect. There are several designs that can be used to sample them. The proposed sampling design in this paper is a stratified two-phase sampling scheme that has been categorized as non-response. The purpose is estimating variance of the sample mean estimator in this sampling design by using the Jackknife estimation variance method. also in a simulation study, jackknife variance estimators for two estimators of the introduced four estimators (third and fourth) are calculated and compared based on relative efficiency and coefficients of variation. The data set used in this simulation study is data from Household Income and Expenditure survey conducted by statistical center of Iran in 1394.
