بررسي روش هاي راه اندازي واحد هاي بازيافت گوگرد (بستر سرد و گرم) و نو آوري در روش بستر سرد

در اين مقاله روش¬هاي راه¬اندازي واحد بازيافت گوگردي بررسي شده¬اند. بطور كلي دو روش راه¬اندازي براي اين واحدها وجود دارد:1- پيش گرم كردن بسترها، 2- سرد نگه داشتن بسترها. درحال حاضر در بيشتر واحدهاي بازيافت گوگردي از روش پيش گرم كردن بسترها استفاده مي شود كه معايب خود را دارد. اولين بار در سال 1970 روش راه¬اندازي با بستر سرد توسط شركت اورتلاف پيشنهاد شد. در اين كار بخشي از روش اورتلاف كه مربوط به چگونگي كنار زدن بسترهاي كاتاليستي مي¬شود اصلاح گرديده است. با انجام اين تغييرات، هزينه و همچنين تجهيزات موردنياز كه توسط اورتلاف جهت سردنگه داشتن بسترها نياز است كاهش مي يابد.

In this paper I will try to compare the presently practised design on warming up of sulfur reactor beds to 300 degree farnhyte in SRU start ups from cold against the concept of cold reactor bed start ups designed & developed by the Ortloff of USA from 1970 and is practiced in their designed plants since then . To me , the cold reactor bed start up is a much better theory and has many advantages. To effect this theory , Ortloff utilises 2 especial controll valves for bypassing the beds during the plant warm up from cold (to keep them safe from harm ) . I have come to realise that the use of those control valves which are so sophisticated and expensive and can be troublesome are not required and installation of 2 hammer blinds can effectively displace those valves and create a more reliable operation.
