رويكردى تلفيقى در خصوص پژوهش‌هاي انجام‌گرفته در حوزه نگهداري و تعميرات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا: مطالعه‌اى فراتركيب

An integrated approach to the conducted researches in the field of Maintenance and Repair of Police Logistics: A meta-analysis study

زمينه و پژوهش: پژوهش ­هاي زيادي براي يافتن مهم­ترين عوامل موثر بر نگهداري و تعميرات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا صورت گرفته­اند. در برخي از اين پژوهش­ها براي شناسايي متغيرها، به فرضيه­هاي يكساني پرداخته­ شده است و طي آن در خصوص شدت و جهت رابطه، بين برخي متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته به نتايج آماري متفاوتي دست يافته­ اند. با استفاده از تكنيك ­هاي آماري و پيشرفته فراتحليل، نتايج متناقض آماري پژوهش­هاي مختلف يك­دست شده و به سردرگمي­ ها در خصوص روابط بين متغيرهاي مستقل و وابسته پايان داده مي­شود. يكي از اهداف اين تحقيق، جمع ­آوري و علامت­گذاري اجزا و مولفه­ هاي مطالعات صورت گرفته در حوزه نگهداري و تعميرات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا است. روش: در اين فراتركيب، تمامي مطالعات مربوط به عوامل موثر بر نگهداري و تعميرات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا، فارغ از كيفيت اين مطالعات گردآوري و در نهايت هفت مطالعه براي ورود به فراتحليل كمي پذيرفته شدند. فرضيه ­هاي پژوهش ­ها استخراج گرديد. اطلاعات آماري براي محاسبه اندازه اثر استخراج و با استفاده از نرم­ افزار CMA2 محاسبه گرديد. در ميان فرضيه­ ها، چهار فرضيه كه بيش­ترين تكرار را داشتند، ‌با روش فرا تحليل بررسي شدند. يافته­ ها: نتايج نشان داد كه عوامل انسان­ افزار،‌ سخت­ افزار، سازمان­ افزار و اطلاعات افزار با نگهداري و تعميرات در معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا رابطه­ اي معني­ دار دارند. نتيجه­ گيري: وضعيت تحقيقات حوزه نگهداري و تعميرات معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا،‌ نياز به تغييراتي در موضوع­ هاي پژوهشي با در نظر گرفتن رويكردهاي نوين علمي، جهت افزايش كارايي دارد.

Context and research: Many studies have been conducted to find out the most significant factors affecting Maintenance and Repair of Police Logistics. In some of these studies, the same hypotheses have been considered to identify the variables and there have been various statistical results among some of the dependent and independent variables in relation to the intensity and direction of the relationship. With the use of statistical and advanced meta-analysis techniques, conflicting statistical results of various researches are integrated with each other to clear up the confusions between dependent and independent variables. One of the objectives of this research is to collect and mark the components of the studies carried out in Maintenance and Repair of Police Logistics. Method: In this meta-analysis, all the studies related to the factors affecting Maintenance and Repair of Police Logistics have been collected regardless of the quality of these studies, and eventually, three studies have been accepted to enter the quantitative analysis. Moreover, researches hypotheses have been extracted and statistical information have been extracted using CMA2 software to calculate the profundity of the effect. Among these hypotheses, the four most repeated hypotheses have been examined using meta-analysis. Results: Results show that human beings, hardware, organizations, and information have a significant relationship with Maintenance of Police Logistics. Conclusions: Researches of Police Logistics in the field of Maintenance requires changes in the research topics by taking into account new scientific approaches to improve efficiency.
