Measure the effectiveness of the NAJA Inspection Department (Case Study: Public Monitoring Center)

هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي اثربخشي سازماني در مركز نظارت همگاني بازرسي كل ناجا است. در اين پژوهش از الگوي تركيبي اثربخشي سازماني استفاده شده است. پژوهش از نظر ماهيت داده‌ها كمي و كيفي، و از نظر گردآوري داده‌ها پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري پژوهش كاركنان مركز نظارت همگاني هستند كه به روش نمونه‌گيري غيرتصادفي هدفمند- قضاوتي انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و بررسي اسنادي است كه روايي آن از طريق روايي محتوايي و پايايي آن از طريق آلفاي كرونباخ عدد 85% به دست آمد. به منظور تحليل داده‌ها از روش كمي آزمونهاي كولموگوروف- اسميرنوف و تي تك نمونه استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه الگوي اثربخشي بازرسي ناجا در سه رويكرد رسيدن به اهداف، ذي‌نفعان راهبردي و فرايندي، وضعيت مناسبي دارد و در رويكرد سيستمي مستلزم بهبود عملكرد است.

valuating organizational effectiveness and performance in strategic decision making and evaluating the success of the organization is essential. The purpose of this study was to examine the organizational effectiveness of the NAJA Inspection Department. In this study, a hybrid model of organizational effectiveness was used. The research is quantitative and qualitative in nature and is a survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study consisted of the staff of the Public Monitoring Center who was selected through purposive non-random sampling. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire and document validity that its validity was achieved through content validity and its reliability through Cronbach’s alpha was 85%. Quantitative method - Kolmogorov-Smirnov and T-test were used for data analysis. The results show that the NAJA inspection effectiveness model in three approaches to achieve goals, strategic and process stakeholders is in good condition and in systematic approach requires performance improvement.
