The Effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Enhancing the Combat Power in Defensive Organizations

توان رزم، ميزان توانايي سازمان هاي نظامي در اجراي ماموريت واگذاري است كه تلاش جهت ارتقاء آن، به عنوان يك وظيفه ي مهم فرماندهي در سازمان هاي نظامي، حياتي است. براي دست يابي به هدف فوق (ارتقاء توان رزم)، عوامل متعددي دخيل است كه يكي از مهم ترين اين عوامل، سبك رهبري و فرماندهي سازمان مي باشد. از طرف ديگر سازمان هاي نظامي يكي از سازمان هاي مهم و تاثيرگذار در جامعه بوده كه در راستاي تامين امنيت كشور تلاش هاي بي وقفه اي را انجام مي دهند. اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي تاثير رهبري تحول آفرين بر ارتقاء توان رزمي انجام شده است كه از حيث هدف، يك تحقيق كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، در زمره ي تحقيقات توصيفي است و به دو روش كتابخانه اي و ميداني به فرجام رسيده است. ابزار پيمايش پرسش نامه ي محقق ساخته با اعتبار 88/. و پايايي 91/. است. جامعه ي آماري پايوران يك سازمان دفاعي به استعداد 460 نفر است كه حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول كوكران 210 نفر انتخاب و مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. نتايج نشان داد كه همه ي مولفه هاي رهبري تحول آفرين، ترغيب ذهني (با ضريب تعيين 347/0)، نفوذ آرماني (با ضريب تعيين 434/0)، انگيزش الهام بخش (با ضريب تعيين 417/0) و ملاحظه فردي (با ضريب تعيين 463/0) بر ارتقاء توان رزمي، موثر هستند.

Combat power is an indication of military capability to accomplish the assigned missions in military organizations and making an attempt to enhance combat power is of crucial significance for commanders in military units. In a bid to enhance the combat power in military organizations, many factors were identified in which commanding and leadership style is among crucial and determining factors. Moreover, the military organizations are taken as crucial and influential organization in the community which makes serious attempts to preserve the national security. As an applied study and also descriptive research, this study was an attempt to investigate the effect of transformational leadership styles on enhancing the combat power in defensive organizations. The study was conducted through library and field research; the study was also conducted through engaging randomly selected population of 210 personnel affiliated to one of the defensive organizations. The study was run through administering a questionnaire in which the reliability was estimated and releasing (91%) and its validity was estimated and releasing (88%). The findings revealed that all components of transformational leadership style are effectively enhancing the combat power in defensive organizations. These components including intellectual stimulation with coefficient of (0.347), idealized influence (0.434), inspirational motivation (0.417) and individual consideration with coefficient of (0.463).
