Proposing an Appropriate Commanding Model from the Perspective of Imam Khamenei (the Supreme Commander-In-Chief; May His Shadow Extend)

اين مقاله با هدف پاسخگويي به اين سوال صورت پذيرفته است كه: الگوي فرماندهي مطلوب از منظر فرماندهي كل قوا چيست؟ اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي است كه با روش داده بنياد انجام گرفته است. به منظور احصاء مفاهيم، مولفه ها و تبيين الگوي فرماندهي مطلوب در انديشه هاي مقام معظم رهبري، جامعه آماري شامل بيانات حضرت آيت الله خامنه اي طي سال هاي 1368 تا 1393 مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و تمامي بيانات بدون نمونه گيري مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. با استفاده از داده هاي كتابخانه اي و مصاحبه حضوري با خبرگان و فرماندهان، اين ويژگي ها دسته بندي گرديده و طبقه بندي گشتند. مدل مفهومي بر اساس تحليل ها استخراج گرديد و سپس با استفاده از تمام مراحل پژوهش، الگوي پارادايمي طراحي گشت. در الگوي فرماندهي مطلوب از منظر فرماندهي معظم كل قوا، علاوه بر مواردي مانند مسئوليت پذيري، رعايت نظم و قانون گرايي كه در تمام ساختارهاي ساير ارتش هاي دنيا رعايت مي شود، عناصري مانند آرمان خواهي، فضائل اخلاقي، توجه به استحكام ساخت درون و اقتدار درون زا، عدالت و مساوات، دشمن شناسي و ساده زيستي نيز نهفته است كه مختص نظام مقدس جمهوري اسلامي ايران است.

In an attempt to explore the appropriate commanding model from the perspective of Imam Khamenei (the Supreme Commander-In-Chief; May His Shadow Extend), this applied study was conducted based on data-based analysis and grounded theory. For this purpose and also in order to identify and explain the components of the appropriate commanding model in thought of the supreme leader –in-chief, in terms of statistical population, the study was conducted through investigating the Imam Khamenei’s (May His Shadow Extend)discourse and statements during the years of 1989 until 2015. To address this issue, the features of components were classified through administering face to face interview with experts and commanders. Thereupon, the conceptual model and paradigmatic pattern were emerged and developed as a result of data analysis. This model has worked on the most effective components of an appropriate commanding model which were observed and also respected in many armies throughout the world, these components including accountability, maintaining discipline as well as observing the rules and regulators. Moreover, some specific components are identified as unique components to the Islamic republic of Iran including lofty ideal and idealism, moral virtues, paying attention to consolidation of internal power and its preservation as well as maintaining self-oriented power, justice and equality, avoidance of luxurious life and enemy identification.
