ارزيابي و تحليل توسعه پايدار روستاهاي پيراموني كانون هاي گردشگري در ناحيه اردبيل

Evaluation and Analysis of Stable Development of Villages Affected by Tourism centers in Ardabil

امروزه توسعه به‌عنوان يك فرآيند، مهم‌ترين بحث كشورها به‌ويژه كشورهاي درحال‌توسعه است، مهمترين هدف توسعه پايدار برطرف كردن احتياجات و بهبود بخشيدن به شرايط كيفي زندگي انساني مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر بر آن است به ارزيابي و تحليل توسعه پايدار روستاهاي پيراموني كانون هاي گردشگري در ناحيه اردبيل بپردازد. براي اين منظور روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي مورد توجه قرار گرفت. ابتدا با استفاده از ادبيات تحقيق به عملياتي نمودن مفاهيم و متغيرهاي مطرح در سؤالات پرداخته شده و روايي آن به روش نظرسنجي از نخبگان مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته و پايايي آن نيز به روش آلفاي كورنباخ 80 درصد محاسبه گرديده است. سپس براي ارزيابي توسعه پايدار گردشگري، از تكنيك فرآيند شبكه­ اي با بهره­ گيري از نرم افزار Super Decisions استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري تحقيق را 79 روستاي پيرامون 5 كانون گردشگري ناحيه اردبيل تشكيل مي­دهد كه داده هاي لازم به صورت تمام شماري از مديران محلي جمع آوري گرديد. نتايج نشان داد كه كانون­ هاي گردشگري اردبيل،­ سرعين و نمين در وضعيت نسبتاً پايدار و­كانون­ هاي گردشگري نير و هير در وضعيت پايداري متوسط قرار دارند. از كل روستاهاي موردبررسي در ناحيه اردبيل17روستا در وضعيت پايدار، 25 روستا در وضعيت نسبتاً پايدار، 28 روستا در وضعيت متوسط پايداري و 9 روستا در وضعيت نسبتاً ناپايدار قرار دارند.

Therefore, rural development goals are not limited to one section, but rather improvements in productivity, increase Employment, food security, housing and education and health.Sustainable development is one of the most important and most effective economic instruments to achieve the desired level of growth and movement towards productive and trusted economies, which refers to the transformation of economic, social, cultural and environmental sustainability for the long-term welfare of the whole society. In this regard, one of the ways to move towards sustainable development in the current situation of villages is to pay attention to tourism. Tourism has many branches and species. One of its kinds is rural tourism, which includes a wide range of attractions and activities defined in agricultural or non-urban areas and competes with other tourism sectors such as coastal and urban tourism. According to the above, the current research is conducted with the general purpose of measuring and assessing the sustainability levels of rural areas around tourism centers in Ardebil and seeking to answer this question. What is the level of sustainability of rural development in the tourism centers of Ardebil?
