تبيين مؤلفه هاي نظام تربيت معلم با توجه به اسناد تحولي نظام تعليم و تربيت رسمي و عمومي

Explaining the Components of Teacher Training System Based on the Fundamental Reform Documents of Education

جذب، تربيت و توسعه حرفه­اي معلمان، يكي از مسئله­‌هاي اساسي كشور ما و بسياري از ديگر كشورهاست. از اين رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبيين مؤلفه­‌هاي نظام تربيت معلم با توجه به اسناد تحولي نظام تعليم وتربيت رسمي و عمومي كشور است و اين مقاله به منظور پاسخگويي به سؤالات ذيل تدوين شده است:1- رهنمونهاي مرتبط با مؤلفه جذب و گزينش معلمان با توجه به اسناد تحولي آموزش و پرورش كدام اند؟2- رهنمونهاي مرتبط با مؤلفه حفظ و ارتقاي معلمان با توجه به اسناد تحولي آموزش و پرورش كدام­اند؟ روش تحقيق روشي تركيبي است. در مرحله نخست، با بهره‌­گيري از روش توصيفي-تحليلي، تبييني تحليلي از مباني نظري متناظر با سؤالات تحقيق به عمل آمده، در مرحله دوم با بهره­‌گيري از روش تحليل تاملي، رهنمونهاي مرتبط با هر يك از مؤلفه­‌هاي جذب، گزينش، حفظ و ارتقاي معلمان از اسناد تحولي آموزش و پرورش احصا شده و در مرحله سوم با بهره ­گيري از پرسشنامه محقق‌­ساخته به صورت هدفمند، در راستاي نتايج تحقيق از صاحب­نظران مرتبط با موضوع، نظرخواهي به عمل آمده تا به اين ترتيب اعتبار نتايج مشخص شود. پس از تكميل پرسشنامه، آزمونهاي كمّي روي داده‌­هاي استخراج شده انجام گرفته است. براي سنجش پايايي اين پرسشنامه به دليل چند گزينه اي بودن و به­‌كارگيري مقياس ليكرت از آلفاي كرونباخ و براي اعتبارسنجي نتايج تحقيق از آزمون آماري فريدمن استفاده شده زيرا متغير وابسته داراي مقياس اندازه­گيري رتبه اي بوده است. يافته‌­هاي حاصل از اين تحقيق ده رهنمون مرتبط با مؤلفه­‌هاي جذب و گزينش و 27 رهنمون مرتبط با مؤلفه­‌هاي حفظ و ارتقاي معلمان بوده است.

Recruitment, training and professional development of teachers is of paramount importance in many countries. Hence, the present study was carried out to answer the following questions: 1. What are the guidelines for teachers’ recruitment and selection based on Fundamental Reform Documents of Education? 2. What are the guidelines for teachers’ retention and promotion according to Fundamental Reform Documents of Education? The study utilized a mixed method. More specifically, in the first stage, an explanation of the theoretical foundations of the study was provided using a descriptive-analytical method. In the second stage, the guidelines pertaining to each of the components of teachers’ recruitment, selection, retention, and promotion were derived from Fundamental Reform Documents of Education using a reflective method. In the third stage, experts’ opinion on the validity of the results was obtained using a researcher-made questionnaire. Next, quantitative tests were performed on the questionnaire data. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. For the purpose of the validation of the results Friedman test was used. The findings of the study included 10 guidelines for teachers’ recruitment and selection and 27 guidelines for teachers’ retention and promotion.
