The Meta-Analysis of Teaching Quality Survey

كيفيت يكي از مهم ترين مسايلعصر حاضر است كه نه تنها در صنعت بلكه در دنياي رقابتي امروزي در آموزش وپرورش بيشتر از آن مطرح است چرا كه امروزه ديگر سرمايه ملي يك كشور، پول و زمين نيست بلكه دانش و نيروي انساني آموزش ديده، مبتكر و خلاق مي باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقايسه كيفيت تدريس معلمان با استفاده از شيوه فراتحليل انجام شد. روش تعداد 19 مطالعه از طريق جستجوي اينترنتي در بانك هاي اطلاعاتي خارجي و نيز 3 مطالعه از طريق جستجوي دستي دانشگاه هاي داخل كشور شناسايي و اطلاعات مربوط به آنها كدگذاري گرديد. يافته ها نتايج يافته ها نشان داد كه كيفيت تدريس در عنصر جنسيت داراي ضريب اثر 1.80 مي باشد كه از نظر شدت اثر داراي اثر بزرگ تري مي باشد. اين اثر در سطح 0.05 p < معنادار مي باشد. از بين عناصر كيفيت تدريس، بالاترين ضريب اثر مربوط به تعيين روش سبك تدريس با مقدار 1.32 مي باشد و سپس روش تدريس و ارزيابي يادگيري دانشجو قرار دارند. نتايج روش هاي بررسي تورش انتشار، حاكي از عدم تورش انتشار در نمونه فراتحليلي بود. با توجه به ناهمگن بودن مطالعات، تحليل تعديل كننده براي متغيرهاي سن و ابزار اندازه گيري صورت گرفت كه بيانگر تاثير تعديل كننده متغير سن در نتايج مطالعات بود. نتيجه گيري توجه بيشتر به بحث كيفيت در آموزش به خصوص كيفيت تدريس در دانشگاه و فراهم آوردن امكانات رفاهي و توجيه كيفيت در تدريس براي اساتيد ضروري به نظر مي رسد.

Quality is one of the most important issues of our time, not only in industry but also in today's competitive world, in education is more important because the national capital of a country is no money and land, but is the knowledge and trained ; inventive and creative manpower. Purpose: This study compared the teachers quality of teaching that was done with method of meta-analysis. Method: A total of 19 study were identificated through internet search in external databases and 3 study through manual university search of the country then were coded. Results: The results of the findings showed that the teaching quality in the gender element has a coefficient of 1.80 which is a greater effect on the intensity of the effect. this effect is significant at the level of p < 0.05. among the elements of teaching quality, the highest coefficient of effect is related to determining of teaching style with the value of 1.32, then are the teaching method and assessment of student learning ; respectively. results of check methods publication bias, representative not publication bias was in metaanalysis sample. due to the heterogeneity of the studies, the moderated analysis was adjusted for age and gauges which was representative moderated influnce of age variable in studies results. Conclusion: It is necessary to attend for issue of quality in education, especially university teaching quality and to provide amenities and to justify the of teaching for teachers.
