The Role of Kindness in the Education from the Perspectives of the Quran and Sunnah

زمينه و هدف: قرآن كريم، مهرورزي را به‌عنوان يكي از روش‌هاي مهم در فرايند تربيت، بيان كرده و معصومان(ع) نيز آن را به‌كار گرفته و بدان سفارش فرموده‌اند. مقالۀ پيش رو، به دنبال پاسخگويي به اين پرسش است كه: مهرورزي چه نقشي در تربيت انسان دارد و فرايند تأثيرگذاري آن چگونه است؟ درواقع هدف اساسي اين تحقيق، بررسي و تبيين نقش مهرورزي در تربيت از منظر قرآن و سنت»بوده است. روش تحقيق: براي انجام اين تحقيق، از روش توصيفي- تحليلي و اسنادي، استفاده شده است. در اين مقاله با استناد به قرآن و سنت، به تحليل و تبيين مقولاتي همچون فرايند تبادلِ مهر ميان مربي و متربي، عوامل مؤثر بر محبت، شيوه‌هاي ابراز و چگونگي تأثير آن در تربيت، پرداخته شده است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش، نشان مي‌دهد كه «محبت» نقش بسزايي در تربيت انسان دارد. اين وديعة الهي، موجب مقبوليت و محبوبيت مربي، نزد متربي مي‌گردد و درنتيجه، بر ميزان الگوپذيري و اطاعت‌پذيري متربي افزوده مي‌شود و زمينة تحقق اهداف تربيتي فراهم مي‌گردد.

Background and objectives: The Holy Quran has described kindness as one of the most important methods in the education process and has been used and ordered by the infallible Imams. This article seeks to answer the following question: What is the role of kindness in human education and how is it influential? In fact, the main purpose of this research was to study and explain the role of kindness in the education from the perspectives of the Qur'an and Sunnah.
Methodology: Descriptive-analytical and documentary method was used for conducting this research. In this article, based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, some categories such as the process of exchange of the kindness between the teacher and the learner, the factors affecting love, the ways of expressing it and how it affects education were analyzed and explained.
Findings and results: The findings of this study show that "love" has a great role in human education. This divine instrument enhances the teacher's acceptance and popularity with the learner and, as a result, increases the level of the learner's modeling and obedience and provides the ground for the realization of the educational goals.
