Time-local analysis and reasons of urban accidents occurring at Ardebil city

تبيين موضوع: تصادفات يكي از بزرگترين مشكلات سلامتي عمومي در جهان است كه خسارات جاني و مالي فراواني به بار مي­آورد و از اهميّت فوق ­العاده­اي برخوردار است. از همين­­ رو تحقيق علل و زمينه ­هاي رخداد تصادفات شهري امري ضروري است؛ لذا هدف اصلي اين پژوهش، شناسايي زمان، مكان و علل وقوع تصادفات شهري اردبيل است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، پژوهشي كاربردي و از نظر شيوة گردآوري­ داده­ ها، پژوهشي توصيفي- تحليلي محسوب مي­شود. جامعه آماري شامل آمار ثبت شده براي تصادفات شهري اردبيل بين سال­هاي 1393-1395 مي ­باشد، از سوي ديگر براي شناسايي مهم­ترين عوامل كليدي در بروز تصادفات از نظرات 100 نفر از كارشناسان به روش گلوله ­برفي بهره گرفته شده ­است. براي تحليل داده­ ها، از آزمون ­هاي آماري كاي ­اسكوئر و فريدمن و براي عوامل كليدي تصادفات از مدل ­ساختاري استفاده شده ­است. يافتهها: نتايج تحقيق بيانگر اين امر است كه بيشتر تصادفات شهر اردبيل در ميادين و خيابان­ هاي اصلي و بيشتر در ايام گرم سال رخ مي ­دهد و اينكه بيش­ترين تصادفات شهر اردبيل به خاطر عدم توجّه به جلو و عدم رعايت حقّ تقّدم مي­باشد. نهايتاً اينكه عجله و شتاب­زدگي، عدم رعايت حقّ­تقّدم و عدم رعايت فاصلة طولي و عرضي به­ عنوان عوامل انساني، مهم­ترين عوامل كليدي در بروز تصادفات شهري شهر اردبيل هستند. نتايج: آنچه از اين تحقيق بر مي ­آيد اين است كه در بروز تصادفات مجموعه ­اي از عوامل نقش دارند كه نقش عوامل انساني بسيار تعيين كننده است؛ لذا در برنامه­ هاي پيشگيري و كاهشي، بايد اصول آموزشي در اولويت قرار گيرد. كليدواژه‌ها

Objective: Accidents are one of main problems of public health in the world, which they cause to generate many physical and financial damages and also they have special and extraordinary importance. So, investigation of urban accidents reasons and happening is inevitable affair. The aim of current study is recognize of time, placement and reasons of urban accidents happening in Ardebil city. Current study is applied according to aim and also it is analytical-descriptive based on data gathering survey. Methods: Study statistical society include recorded statistics for Ardebil city accidents between 2014-2016 solar years. Also we have been used 100 experts viewpoint with snowball method in accidents occurring and recognition of key or main factors. In order to data analysis Chi-Square’s and Friedman’s statistical tests were used in current study and also structural modeling was applied to accidents main factors. Results:Study results showed that most of accident in Ardebil city are happened during hoe seasons in squares and main streets and also most of accidents relate to lack of attention to priority right respecting. At last hurry and hasty, lack of respecting priority right and longitudinal, traverse distant are as main human factors in urban accidents happening in Ardebil city. Conclusion: In occurring of accidents, set of factors have main role and between them, human factors role are deterministic, so we must be prioritize training principles in reduction and preventive plans.
