بررسي نقش عملكرد خانواده در منبع كنترل دختران نوجوان شهر اصفهان

The role of family function in locus of control of adolescent girls in Isfahan

مقدمه: خانواده‌ يكي‌از مهمترين‌ عناصري ‌است كه ‌در ‌شكل‌گيري ‌شخصيت ‌انسان‌ نقش دارد. منبع يا مكان كنترل يكي از ويژگي هاي شخصيتي كه تاثير مهمي بر رفتار افراد، شكل گيري و توانايي انسان در كنترل شرايط و رويدادهاي محيطي مي گذارد. اين مطالعه با هدف " بررسي نقش عملكردخانواده در منبع كنترل دختران نوجوان شهر اصفهان " انجام شد. روش : اين پژوهش توصيفي- تحليلي و از نوع همبستگي و نمونه ي پژوهش شامل 355 نفر از دانش‌آموزان‌ دبيرستاني دختر مقاطع ‌اول و دوم ‌كه‌درسال تحصيلي 1393-1394در شهر اصفهان مشغول به‌تحصيل بودند به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي‌خوشه‌اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند.ابزارهاي پژوهش شامل مشخصات جمعيت شناختي، ابزارهاي سنجش خانواده مك مستر(FAD) ومنبع كنترل چند وجهي لونسون بود، پايايي سنجش خانواده با ضريب آلفاي 0/93 و منبع كنترل چندوجهي با كودريچاردسون براي هر يك از مقياس هاي دروني، افراد قدرتمند و شانس به طور جداگانه بين71.520.0,و0.68ودر مطالعات مشابه مورد تاييد قرار گفت. يافته ها: آزمون رگرسيون چندگانه نشان داد در بين حيطه هاي عملكرد خانواده، حيطه هاي ‌نقش(B=2/49,p=0/03) و واكنش عاطفي(B=-2/44,p=0/03) نقش پيش گويي كننده درنمره كنترل دروني‌ دارد،ابعادعملكردخانواده نقش پيش بيني كننده در نمره كنترل بيروني ندارند. نتيجه گيري: نتايج بيانگر آن است عملكرد خانواده اكثريت واحدهاي مورد مطالعه در حد متوسط بوده و در ميان ابعاد بررسي شده، ابعاد كنترل رفتار ،واكنش عاطفي و ايفاي نقش عملكرد بهتري داشتند.

Introduction: Family is one of the most important elements to form human's personality. Source or locus of control is a personality characteristic which has an important influence on an individual’s behavior, as well as on the formation and capacity of human to control conditions and environmental events. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of family function in locus of control of adolescent girls in Isfahan city. Methods: This was a descriptive-correlational study. For this purpose, 355 high school female students studying in first and second grades during 2014-2015 in Isfahan city were selected by multistep cluster random sampling. Data were collected by demographic characteristics questionnaire, family assessment devices (FAD) and Levenson multidimensional locus of control. The reliability was approved base on similar studies for family assessment devices (Cronbach's alpha = 0.93), and multi-dimensional locus of control by Kuder–Richardson formula 20 (KR-20) for dimension of Internal (I), Powerful Others (P) and Chance (C) were 0.52, 0.71 and 0.68, respectively. Results: Multiple regression analysis showed that between family function dimensions, there were predictive roles for emotional responses (B = -2.44, P = 0.03) and role (B = 2.49, P = 0.03) for internal control. Family function dimensions did not have any predictive role for external control score. Conclusions: The results indicated that family function had an average role in majority of subjects and amongst all the dimensions, control of behavior, emotional responses and role had a better performance.
