بررسي ميزان موفقيت در دستيابي به شهرهاي خلاق و نوآور(نمونه موردي: شهر فردوس)

A Survey of Success in Achieving Innovative and Creative Cities (Case Study: Ferdows Town)

نقش خلاقيت در ايجاد نوآوري و پيشرفت اقتصادي، بسيار اساسي قلمداد مي شود و شهرها اصلي ترين مكان توليد ايده ها، محصولات و فرايندهاي جديد، محسوب مي گردند. به اين منظور، اين مطالعه با هدف تعيين ميزان موفقيت در دستيابي به شهرهاي خلاق، در شهر فردوس در استان خراسان جنوبي به انجام رسيده است تا جايگاه اين شهر را از نظر خلاقيت شهري و تفاوت بين مناطق و محلات موجود در آن، از نظر شاخصهاي شهر خلاق، مشخص نمايد. روش تحقيق توصيفي و تحليلي بوده و دادههاي مورد نياز با استفاده از پرسشنامه، گردآوري شده و با آزمون t تك نمونه اي، تحليل واريانس يك طرفه و تعقيبي توكي در نرم افزارهايSPSS و expert choice و excel تحليل گرديده و از مدلAHP براي وزندهي شاخصها و از روشTOPSIS براي سطح بندي محلات بهره برداري به عمل آمده است. نتايج نشان داد كه وضعيت كلي شاخصهاي شهر خلاق در فردوس چندان مطلوب نيست. با اين وجود، معيارهاي سرمايه اجتماعي، سرمايه انساني خلاق و تكنولوژي ارتباطي شرايط مطلوبتري نسبت به ساير معيارها دارا بوده اند. علاوه بر آن، محلات مختلف وضعيت متفاوتي داشته و در مجموع، محله فرهنگيان بيشترين امتياز را به دست آورده است كه مي تواند به عنوان الگويي براي ساير محلات مورد توجه قرار گيرد.

The role of creativity in creating innovation and economic progress is very important and cities are considered as the main place of production of new ideas, products and processes. Diversification into livelihoods strategies, one of the most important indicators of sustainable development, emerged in urban areas in different ways that one of the most important is the idea of a creative city. So that this idea is now proposed as a strategic way in planning, implementation and thinking arena and are taken into consideration by most of city executives. However, some cities, including Ferdows have not benefited from this trend. This city has been struggling with economic, social and environmental constraints, and numerous efforts have been made to get rid of these conditions. But the efforts made were largely based on natural resources and land, which, unfortunately, didn't suit well and didn't bring significant results. Activities in the field of industry and mining have also failed to make significant progress in this city. Recent draughts have also destroyed many of the foundations of the city, and evacuated most villages in the city and poor and indigent population have invaded surrounding towns and specially the city center. To this end, this study aimed to determine the extent of success in achieving creative cities in the Ferdows in South Khorasan province, in order to determine the location of this city in terms of urban creativity and the difference between the areas and neighborhoods in it, in terms of indicators of the creative city.
