بازخواني رهيافت‌هاي كرامت انساني در قلمروي اخلاق زيستي

Reload approach of human dignity in the realm of bioethics

زمينه و هدف: اخلاق زيستي به عنوان شاخه‌اي جديد از اخلاق هنجاري كاربردي به تبيين پاسخ‌ها و راهبردهاي اساسي در مواجهه با پرسش‌ها و چالش‌هاي ناشي از ظهور و بروز فناوري‌هاي نوين زيست‌پزشكي مي‌پردازد. كاربست موضوعاتي چون شبيه‌سازي انساني، سلول‌هاي بنيادي، موجودات شيمري و هيولاگونه، دستكاري‌هاي ژنتيكي و فناوري‌هاي مرتبط با ژن و آزمايش‌هاي زيست‌پزشكي بر روي آزمودني‌هاي انساني، دستمايه مطالعات اخلاق زيستي قرار مي‌گيرد. در اين ميان، كرامت انساني به عنوان منشأ كليه حق‌هاي بشري، جايگاه مهم و خطيري در حوزه اخلاق زيستي و جواز يا ممنوعيت هر گونه رفتار نوپديد در قلمروي فناوري‌هاي زيست‌پزشكي يافته است. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر با بهره‌گيري از مطالعات پيشيني در باب كرامت انساني و با جستجوي واژگان كليدي مرتبط در منابع نخستين و اصيل، تلاش شده است تا جايگاه كرامت انساني در گستره اخلاق زيستي مورد تطبيق، تحليل و ارزيابي قرار گيرد. ملاحظات اخلاقي: اصول اخلاق پژوهش در جستجوها و استناد به متون و منابع اوليه رعايت شد. يافته‌ها: در اين جُستار كوتاه، قرائت‌ها و رهيافت‌هاي متفاوت از كرامت انساني در ارتباط با اخلاق زيستي مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است: ارزيابيِ قرائت دين‌مدار كه كرامت ذاتي انسان را بازتابي از ويژگي و صفت وجه‌الله‌ بودن وي مي‌انگارد؛ تقرير قرائت‌هاي فلسفي اعم از سنت وظيفه‌گرايانه كانتي، رهيافت فايده‌گرايانه و نيز رويكرد طبيعت‌گرايانه، از جمله مباحثي هستند كه در اين مطالعه علمي مروري، مورد دقت و نقد قرار گرفته است. نتيجه‌گيري: در جمع‌بندي نهايي و در تجميع رهيافت‌هاي گوناگون، بر اهميت و نقش كرامت انساني به عنوان منشأ كليه حق‌هاي بشري تأكيد گرديده، هر گونه تحديد و ممنوعيت در قلمروي اخلاق زيستي، به رعايت و لحاظ ابعاد كرامت در هويت انساني مستند مي‌گردد.

Background and Aim: Bioethics as a new branch of normative ethics and applied to the basic strategies in the face of questions and answers explaining the challenges posed by the emergence of new technologies, biomedical deals. Implementation issues such as human cloning, stem cells, shimmer and demonization organisms, genetic manipulation and gene-related technologies and biomedical experiments on human subjects, is subject to bioethics studies. In the meantime, Human Dignity as the source of all human rights has an important place in the field of bioethics and biomedical technology to permit or prohibit any behavior or action in this area. Materials and Methods: In this article with the use of previous studies about Human Dignity and the search keywords in the origin sources, tried to analyze and assesse the place of human dignity in the context of the implementation of Bioethics. Ethical Consideration: Principles of research ethics were observed in searches and cite texts and primary sources. Finding: In this brief article the different approaches of human dignity in connection with bioethics have been studied and evaluated: assessment of religiosity readings that reflects the characteristics and traits of inherent dignity of the human being and attributes of Allah the way He sees; exposition of philosophical interpretations ranging from the tradition of Kantian deontological, utilitarian approach and the approach of a naturalist's among the subjects, that in this study descriptive, analytical, and criticized the accuracy andpurpose of issue of why the prohibition and criminalization in the areas of bioethical issues. Conclution: In the final classification and the integration of various approaches, the importance of human dignity as the source of all human rights has been asserted and any restriction on the scope of bioethics must be in the light of observation and respection to the dignity of the human identity.
