آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد استادان در خصوص مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي مؤثر در آموزش

The knowledge, attitude & practice of the academic members towards effective communication skills in education

مقدمه: ارتباطات يك بخش مهم از فرآيند آموزشي را تشكيل مي‌دهد كه هدف آن انتقال يا تبادل ايده‌ها و افكار مي‌باشد و تأمين آن منوط به وجود مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي در بين اساتيد دانشگاه مي‌باشد. هدف از اين مطالعه بررسي آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد اساتيد دانشكده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان در خصوص مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي مؤثر در آموزش مي‌باشد. روش‌ها: اين پژوهش يك مطالعه توصيفي‌ –‌ تحليلي است كه اطلاعات آن از طريق پرسشنامه‌هاي روا و پاياي دانش (8 سوال وحداكثر 8 امتياز)، نگرش (31 سوال وحداكثر 155 امتياز) و چك‌ليست مشاهده‌اي عملكرد مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي(20 سوال وحداكثر 20 امتياز) از كليه اساتيد شاغل به تدريس در دانشكده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشكي اصفهان درنيمسال دوم تحصيلي 85-84 جمع‌آوري گرديد. تجزيه و‌تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و با محاسبه شاخص‌هاي مركزي انجام گرديد. يافته‌ها: ميانگين نمره آگاهي افراد مورد مطالعه در خصوص مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي 4/1 از 8 امتياز، ميانگين نمره نگرش آنان در اين زمينه 114/4 از 155 امتياز و ميانگين نمره عملكرد اين افراد 16/3 از 20 امتياز بود. نتيجه‌گيري: هر چند اطلاعات افراد شركت‌كننده در اين پژوهش در زمينه مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي كافي به نظر نمي‌رسد، اما اين افراد در مورد مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي، نگرش مثبت و عملكرد نسبتاً قابل قبولي دارند.

Background: Communication is the most important parts of the educational process, which aims to transfer or exchange of ideas.It would be provided appropriately if the academic members had the communication skills .considering the important role of academic members in educational process, in this study the knowledge, attitude and performance of Isfahan Health School academic members towards effective communication skills was investigated. Methods: In this descriptive– analytic study, all academic members of the School of Public Health in Isfahan University of Medical Scienceswere studied during the second academic semester of 2006-7.Data collected by a valid and reliable three-part questionnaire including; knowledge (8 questions and maximum 8 scores), attitude (31 questions and maximum 155 scores) and observational communication skills checklist (20 questions and maximum 20 scores. which the information was collected from Isfahan Health School academic members using knowledge (8 questions and maximum 8 scores) and attitude (31 questions and maximum 155 scores) reliable and valid questionnaires plus an. Obtained data were analyzed by calculating central indices applying SPSS software Findings: Mean score of academic members' knowledge, attitude and performance in communication skills was 4.1 out of 8, 114.4 out of 155 and 16.3 out of 20, respectively. Conclusion: Although the knowledge of the participants on communication skills was not enough but they seems to have a positive attitude and relatively acceptable performance in communication skills.
