بررسي مقايسه اي الگوي گوناگوني آفلاتوكسين زايي در آسپرژيلوس هاي زيرجنس سيركومداتي در بوم زاد شمال ايران

Comparative Study of Different Patterns of Aflatoxinogenicity in Subfamily Circulatory Aspergillosis in Northern Iran

اين مطالعه با هدف مقايسه توكسين­ زايي آسپرژيلوس ­هاي بخش سيركومداتي در زيستگاه شمال ايران، كه از مهم­ترين زيستگاه­هاي ايران و محل توليد بسياري از مواد غذايي است، انجام گرفت. نمونه­ ها از مراكز كشت و فرآوري، در سه منطقه جغرافيايي شرق گيلان، غرب گيلان و مازندران جمع­ آوري شده و سپس در بسترهاي ويژه و استاندارد شده ICPA)) چاپك دوكس آگار، چاپك يست اكستراكت آگار (با و بدون 20 درصد سوكروز )، مالت اكستراكت آگار و چاپك دوكس آگار (با و بدون 20 درصد سوكروز)، ايزوله و شناسايي شدند. گونه­ هاي آسپرژيلوس فلاووس، آسپرژيلوس پارازيتيكوس، آسپرژيلوس ونتي­اي، آسپرژيلوس سوژه، آسپرژيلوس آلياسئوس، آسپرژيلوس نايجر، آسپرژيلوس كربوناريوس، آسپرژيلوس فتيدوس، آسپرژيلوس اوكراسئوس، آسپرژيلوس ملئوس، آسپرژيلوس كانديدوس به دست آمده، براي اندازه­ گيري توكسين­ زايي، به بسترهاي ويژه ديگري كشت داده شدند. سپس از آن­ها عصاره سلولي تهيه شد و اندازه آفلاتوكسين موجود در عصاره­ ها، به روش الايزا رقابتي مستقيم سنجيده شد.57 عصاره به­ دست آمده از ايزوله­ هاي توكسين­ زا كه 27 مورد از هواي كشت­زارها و30 مورد از هواي كارخانه­ ها فرآوري شده بودند، در دو نوبت توسط دو كيت الايزا با نام­هاي تجاري Ridascreen و AgraQuant مورد سنجش قرارگرفتند. ميزان افلاتوكسين اندازه­ گيري شده در كشتزارها و كارخانه­ هاي شرق گيلان، از بقيه مكان­ها بيشتر بوده است.

Aflatoxin levels measured farms and factories in east gilan the rest are more places.
