During the beginning of the 1340's solar year (1978 -1988), with social developments in Iran quicly rising, contemplating on children's problems grew to be a big concern,Thus the creation of elemen­tary level books as weii as new teaching methods were introduced. This as well as three significant institutions appeared in children's literature. This article gives a brief analysis of the institutions. These would include "The Children's Book Council", "The Educational Publishing Center", as well as "The Center For Growing Children's Intellect" which focused on children's art and literature.
