ديدگاه‌هاي دانشجو ـ معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان درباره اخلاق آموزشي در محيط هاي علمي

The Viewpoints of Student-teachers of Farhangian University on Educational Ethics in the Academic Environments

زمينه و هدف: در ساختار آموزش عالي، رعايت استانداردهاي اخلاقي توسط اساتيد، آراستگي به فضايل اخلاقي و انتقال ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي به دانشجويان اهميت فراواني داده شده است. اين تحقيق با هدف تبيين ديدگاه‌ها و تجربيات دانشجو ـ معلمان، دانشگاه فرهنگيان استان گلستان از اخلاق تحصيلي در محيط آموزشي در سال تحصيلي 97-1396 انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در اين پژوهش كيفي، مصاحبه‌هاي فردي با 20 نفر از دانشجو ـ معلمان، شاغل به تحصيل در دانشگاه فرهنگيان استان گلستان كه به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند، صورت گرفت. براي به دست‌آوردن داده‌ها از مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته و براي تحليل داده‌ها، از روش تحليل محتواي استقرايي استفاده شد. رضايت كلامي دانشجويان براي مشاركت در مطالعه كسب گرديد. يافته‌ها: 220 كد اوليه از مصاحبه‌ها استخراج شد و پس از مرور و خلاصه‌سازي آن‌ها، چهار مفهوم اصلي از تحليل داده‌ها به دست آمد: «رعايت شئونات كلاس از جانب استاد در محيط آموزشي»، «رعايت شأن استاد در كلاس درس»، «رعايت هنجارها و استانداردهاي آموزشي» و «حفظ شأن كلاس درس توسط دانشجويان». نتيجه‌گيري: اخلاق در آموزش عالي تعيين‌كننده مسؤوليت‌هاي حرفه‌اي استاد و دانشجو در محيط آموزشي و يكي از ابعاد تأثيرگذار در ثبات هنجارهاي اخلاقي در رفتار و منش آن‌ها است. نظر به اين‌كه در حوزه رعايت هنجارهاي اخلاقي در آموزش، نگاه دانشجو ـ معلمان به اساتيد، نگاهي الگوبردارانه است، پرورش فضايل اخلاقي علاوه بر رعايت هنجارهاي اخلاقي ناظر به اعمال توصيه مي‌گردد.

Background and Aim: In the structure of higher education, adherence to ethical standards by teachers, adornment with ethical virtues and the transfer of moral values to the students have been of great importance. This research was conducted to explain the viewpoints of student-teachers of Farhangian University of Golestan province about educational ethics in the learning environments in the academic year of 2017-2018. Materials and Methods: In this qualitative study, individual interviews were conducted with 20 studentsteachers studying at Farhangian University of Golestan Province, who were selected by purposeful sampling. The semi-structured interviews were used to obtain the data. For data analysis, the inductive content analysis method was used. The students' verbal consent was obtained for participation in the study. Findings: 220 primary codes were extracted from the interviews and after reviewing and summarizing them, four main concepts were obtained: "observance of the class dignity by the teacher in the educational environment", "observance of the teacher's dignity in the classroom", "observance of the moral norms and standards of education" and "Preserving the dignity of the classroom by students". Conclusion: Morality in the higher education determines the professional responsibilities of both teachers and students in the educational environments, and is one of the effective aspects in proving moral norms in their actions and character. Considering the perspective of the teachers as role models, fostering moral virtues is recommended in addition to observing moral norms.
