بررسي ارتباط سرسختي رواني و سازگاري عاطفي با هوش هيجاني مادران داراي كودك كم توان ذهني

Relationship between mental hardiness and emotional adjustment with emotional intelligence of Mothers with a mentally retarded child

مقدمه: سرسختي رواني و سازگاري در افزايش توانمندي مادران داراي كودك كم توان ذهني نقش عمده اي دارد. همچنين مادران داراي كودك خاص بايد از هوش هيجاني بالايي جهت مراقبت از اين كودكان برخوردار باشند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه بين سرسختي رواني و سازگاري عاطفي با هوش هيجاني در مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني است. روش كار: پژوهش از نوع همبستگي و نمونه اين پژوهش شامل 136 نفر از مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني مدارس كم توان ذهني شهر رشت اين جامعه بودند كه به روش نمونه گيري در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در پژوهش پرسشنامه 27 ماده اي سرسختي رواني اهواز، پرسشنامه 32 ماده اي سازگاري عاطفي بل و پرسشنامه 33 ماده اي هوش هيجاني شوت بود. داده ها با استفاده از شيوه هاي آمار توصيفي( ميانگين، انحراف استاندارد؛ فراواني و درصد)و شيوه هاي آمار استنباطي ( رگرسيون چندگانه، ضريب همبستگي پيرسون) و با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 20 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته ها: از تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان دادند كه مقادير همبستگي بين سرسختي رواني و سازگاري عاطفي با هوش هيجاني مادران كودكان استثنائي كم توان ذهني ، از نظر آماري معني دار است (p <0.01). همچنين نتايج رگرسيون به روش همزمان نشان مي دهد كه سرسختي رواني و سازگاري عاطفي توانسته اند 33 درصد واريانس هوش هيجاني مادران كودكان استثنائي كم توان ذهني ( متغير ملاك) را تبيين كنند. سرسختي رواني با مقدار B استاندارد 260/0 و سازگاري عاطفي با مقدار B استاندارد 382/0 به طور مستقيم توانسته اند هوش هيجاني مادران كودكان استثنائي كم توان ذهني را پيش بيني كنند (p <0.01). نتيجه گيري: نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد كه افزايش سرسختي رواني و همچنين افزايش سازگاري عاطفي در مادران كودكان كم توان ذهني، هوش هيجاني شان نيز افزايش مي يابد. از نتايج اين پژوهش مي توان در مراكز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش و مراكز بهزيستي استفاده نمود.

Introduction: Mental hardiness and adaptability have a major role in increasing the ability of Mothers with a mentally retarded child. Mothers with special children should have high emotional intelligence to take care of these children. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between mental hardiness and emotional adjustment with emotional intelligence in mothers of mentally retarded children. Methods: This research was a correlational study. The sample consisted of 136 mothers of mentally retarded children in Rasht city of Rasht who were selected by available sampling method. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire of 27 items of psychological hardiness Ahwaz, a 32-item questionnaire of emotional empowerment Bell and a questionnaire of 33 items of Emotional Intelligence Shoot.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency and percent), and inferential statistics (multiple regression, Pearson correlation coefficient) and analyzed using SPSS 20 software. Results: Multiple regression analysis showed that the correlation between mental hardiness and emotional adjustment with emotional intelligence of mothers of exceptional mental retardation children was statistically significant (p <0.01). Also, the results of regression show that psychological hardiness and emotional adjustment can explain 33% of the variance of emotional intelligence of mothers of exceptional children with mental retardation (criterion variable). The psychological hardiness with a standard B-value of 260 and emotional adaptation with the standard B value of 382/0 have been able to directly predict the emotional intelligence of mothers of exceptional children with mental retardation (p <0.01). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that increasing mental hardiness and increasing emotional adaptability in mothers of mentally retarded children also increase their emotional intelligence. The results of this research can be used in counseling centers for education and well-being centers.
