عوامل اجتماعي و خانوادگي مؤثر بر تغيير الگوي مصرف مواد مخدر زنان (از سنتي به صنعتي) و ارايه راه‌كارهاي پيش‌گيرانه

اين مقاله به بررسي تأثير عوامل اجتماعي و خانوادگي مؤثر بر تغيير الگوي مصرف مواد مخدر زنان مقيم در مراكز اقامتي ترك اعتياد سازمان بهزيستي استان گلستان مي‌پردازد. هدف اصلي اين تحقيق؛ شناسايي عوامل اجتماعي و خانوادگي مؤثر بر تغيير الگوي مصرف مواد مخدر (از سنتي به صنعتي) زنان مقيم در مراكز شبانه روزي ترك اعتياد استان گلستان بوده است. روش اين تحقيق پيمايشي است و براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده گرديده از طريق محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ، پايايي آن محاسبه گرديد و همه متغيرهاي درنظرگرفته‌شده داراي ضريب آلفاي بالاتر از 0/8 بوده‌اند. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل 150 زن معتاد تغيير الگوي مصرف داده از مواد مخدر سنتي به صنعتي بوده است. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها و شناخت نقش متغيرهاي درنظرگرفته‌شده از آزمون كاي اسكوئر استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحليلي نشان مي‌دهد همه متغيرهاي مورد مطالعه (نوع نگرش به مواد مخدر، نقش گروه همسالان، نقش روابط خانوادگي، نقش عوامل اجتماعي و نقش عوامل اجتماعي و روابط خانوادگي) در تغيير الگوي مصرف زنان معتاد از مواد مخدر سنتي به صنعتي، در سطح ضريب اطمينان 95 درصد نقش دارند. در پايان نيز بر اساس يافته‌ها به ارايه پيشنهادهاي كاربردي براي كنترل و پيش‌گيري از گسترش دامنه شيوع مواد مخدر صنعتي در بين زنان پرداخته شده است.

This paper examines the impact of the family and social factors affecting the change of the pattern of drug abuse of women in the residential centers addiction welfare organisation Gulistan province . The main purpose of this research to identify the family ; and social factors affecting the shift in the paradigm of drug abuse ( traditional industrial ), women in the boarding centres addiction, Gulistan province . The methodology in this research is survey and to gather information from the questionnaire researcher has been used made through the calculation Cronbach's coefficient , its reliability was calculated and has taken as all alpha above 8 / 0 . 150 demographic research includes woman addict change the pattern of consumption data from the traditional drugs . To analyze the data and the recognition of the role of the variables exemptions from test Chi Square . analytical results indicate - all the variables to study ( kind of drugs, the role of peer group , the role of family ties , the role of social factors and the role of social factors and family relations ) of change in pattern of consumption of women addicts of traditional drugs to industrial, at the level of the factor of safety 95 percent . Finally, based on the findings provide practical proposals - to control and prevention of the spread of synthetic drugs outbreak among women .
